A screened-porch and multiple outdoor decks offer impeccable views of the tidal marsh and its abundant wildlife, and its central island location offers quick access to the beach, tennis, golf, crabbing, and the marina.
Guests enter into a light and bright space with vaulted ceilings, abundant light, and a palette of coastal colors. The living room, vaulted ceilings, abundant natural light, and a 65" Smart TV makes it an ideal gathering spot. The comfy sectional sofa opens to a queen sleeper.
Access to the spacious screen porch, with dining table, and deck are off the living room area. The screen porch is the perfect spot to start your day, take in some afternoon reading, or enjoy a cocktail at sunset. A propane grill makes cooking and entertaining easy.
A large, renovated kitchen features fully stocked cookware with ample serveware. The kitchen has leathered granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and recessed, retractable outlets built into the countertop. There is a large pantry area for food storage.
A dining table off the kitchen seats six. The breakfast bar seats an additional two and offers an ideal spot for reading the morning's emails or paper with a cup of coffee. There are two stools at the kitchen island.
The master en-suite bedroom is located on the first floor. The room features a comfy queen bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, and ceiling fan. An attached private bath offers both a soaking tub and a walk-in tiled shower.
Upstairs two guest bedrooms are located. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and private bath attached with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed. A desk in the bedroom offers a great place to work remotely.
A full-size washer and dryer are upstairs in the laundry area.
In the garage, a Tesla charger is conveniently available to guests.

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club.)
WASHER & DRYER: A full-size washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. A few starter laundry pods are provided too. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
AMENITY CARDS: Seabrook Island offers access to private amenities for guests obtaining an Amenity Card. These cards offer access to on-island dining, the beach club pool, tennis and paddleball, golf, and the equestrian center. Amenity cards, that offer guests access to the pools, dining on the island, tennis and golf, are optional. The daily cost of the cards are included with your stay (a savings of $50 per day per family). There are additional fees for certain activities (a round of golf, trail rides, dining, etc.) but an Amenity Card is needed to access these amenities. Cards can be obtained prior to and the beginning of your stay. Once reserved, we will provide information on obtaining these cards.
The outdoor Lakehouse pool and beaches are also available for your enjoyment. The Amenity office can issue a limited card to access that pool. Equestrian center rides can also be obtained without the card by paying with a credit card. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.
ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. We can send these to our guests in advance. Regarding vehicle parking, there is driveway parking, which makes packing and unpacking a breeze. There is also garage access and a Tesla charger in the garage. This property has a limit of 3 gate passes.
CHECK IN: We offer as much assistance with check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions. Our team can provide self- check-in instructions for your convenience, or we can arrange for someone to meet you at the door if you prefer. If you need anything at all, we can be reached via text or phone.
CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. We offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
