It is beautiful, easy to get to, has close access to everything you need including the beach, and the hosts were great to communicate with and made it special! „The room size was nice, bigger than hotel room. It was off the strip but close enough to walk. Vrbo map has location wrong though, says it's on Charles Street but it's on BLVD further north. Definitely would stay here again. “

„Cons: Finding the correct parking spot was a little difficult. It would have been helpful to know that the the higher numbers for parking was in the back behind the bldg on Nudd st/ave. Some conflicting info b/t online and contract re quiet hours, and hidden info like hanging towels in the outside railing. Prep cleaning didn't seem accomplished. Crumbs under toaster oven, tons of raining dust from fan, back of toilet nor windows cleaned. Lastly, the pool heater was out of order during our first ...

„Best thing about this ocean side studio was the location. Fabulous being on the ocean (in a budget friendly rental) ! It is a small space. We were hoping to cook meals but realized upon check in that the kitchenette wasn’t equipped for that. (Minimal pots/pans, no table to eat at) The bed was really squeaky but still comfortable. Space was clean and that is appreciated.“

„The property is a great location. Centrally located between the North beaches and within walking distance to Hampton. Very clean and tidy. You can tell the property owner is meticulous and takes pride in the condo. Overall I'd give it a 5 star rating!“
