„I gave this weekend to my family as a Christmas gift. Each year we go away together as my gift to them. This home was a perfect spot for our group. Adults could enjoy games in the spacious kitchen while children enjoyed the theater or karaoke in the other end of the spacious house. The indoor pool was fabulous and many memories were made over the weekend. Highly recommend for your family adventures.“

„I really enjoyed my extended off season stay at this sweet little spot! I actually was traveling back and forth to the rehab hospital in Portsmouth and it was easy access there (so I wasn't on the normal beach vacation here) but this place definitely suited my needs for that. The parking spot is right out the front door, there is one step up to the porch, and then one step down into the unit. „The purpose of our stay was to attend Family Weekend at University of New Hampshire. The two bedroom apartment is spacious and held our family (two parents, a teen and a grandparent) perfectly. „This is a nice summer stay. The beach is just across the road (a busy road). It has everything you need. However, as an off season it is not so great. There’s a very good heat pump so being cold was not the issue, it’s the door. Not sealed well so it rattled with the wind and let in cold air. I sealed it with a newspaper to stop the rattle and cold air. The floor is also somewhat slippery when shoes are wet from rain. I all minor when there during the summer. “
