„The property is in a wonderful location. Perfect condo for 2 people. It had very nice large bathrooms. We w were e disappointed that there were no lamps in living area just overhead lighting which made it hard to read at night. We called about missing light bulb in bedroom lamp and requested 2 lamps but we never received them. “

„Seaside was absolutely beautiful and The Homeowners Collection was so lovely to communicate with!! Our cottage was very cozy and fit our family needs! Some things are very dated on the property and could use some touch up or replacement based on the price point. We were overall very content and would stay in Seaside again!! The front porch was our favorite spot to start and end the day!“

„Great area, cute house. Multiple sets of sheets / linens had stains on them. Also, for having such a big cleaning fee as last of the rental, not sure we should have to take out our own garbage. Ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom sounds like it’s about to fall out of the ceiling. “
