Lovely Condo BUT Disappointing Property Management
A mildew smell lingered in the bathroom from day 1. It improved temporarily after a cleaning was arranged.The interior shower curtain was discolored & the mildew smell returned whenever it was wet.The ceiling vent was visibly dusty & lack of ventilation may have contributed to the lingering smell. Renovation/painting of the building exterior was not disclosed as a part of this listing.The suspended scaffolding was raised, lowered & parked daily outside this unit for the duration of our stay. The sliding glass door in the bedroom was already covered in plastic upon our arrival & our greeter told me it would be removed the following day - it wasn’t. We never had access to the balcony. On day 2, the living room windows were covered in plastic by the renovation crew. We had both interior fans running (also dusty) & needed to keep one window open for ventilation in the unit. A painter tapped on our window to tell us to close it as the window opened outward & blocked them from maneuvering their equipment. I first contacted Vacasa about this at 4:22 pm of day 2 of our stay reporting the inconvenience, the lack of ventilation, natural sunlight & privacy & asked of the possibility of moving to another unit. I was informed that somebody would contact me. I called and texted Vacasa again on day 3 after no response but to no avail. We tolerated the inconveniences & checked out this AM - 36 hrs of no response from Vacasa. Photos available to homeowner to support this review.

Great place and location. Little loud with a bar across the street we brought the living room fan into the bedroom definitely helped block out the noise. Walking distance to most anything you would want to do in Seattle definitely would stay here again. Lots of food choices within walking distance.

The condo itself is fantastic. The area is also fantastic. The way Vacasa has set up their policies and check in/check out rules are horrible and make no sense. We saw 2 families at different times stranded outside the condo building because the Vacasa rep wasn’t there to let them in. Upon leaving you have to take the fob they give you down to the parking garage, get your car out and attempt to find paid parking so that you can run back, use the fob to enter the building/elevator, access your room with a code, leave the fob and your parking pass, then run back to your vehicle. Upon realizing that we still had the parking pass in the car, we had no way to get back in the building. A replacement is $200. Again, it’s a great condo in a great area, but I’ll be very hesitant to rent anything owned/run by Vacasa. They made it a pain in the …

Fantastic location and nice property
Amazing location and great safe property. Very noisy inside because it is downtown but you can hear people talking on the street through the window, so if you are a light sleeper bring a sound machine and an eye mask because you can’t black out your room at all. There’s a large part of the window up top that is not coverable by blinds and lets in street lighting and sun. The apartment is decorated very cute! Noah who checked us in was very very nice to my mom. Unfortunately our patio door was unlocked when we arrived which made us feel uncomfortable because it does connect to another patio.. and a blanket in the blanket basket by the couch was dirty with a crusty clear stain. Overall though, it is within walking distance to everything! And surrounded by great food.

Inflexible and would not recommend
Apartment was clean and accurately reflected in photos. Vacasa was difficult to work with, unhelpful with an early check in or luggage storage for a noon arrival. We then had to be at the property at an assigned time to get specific directions and a tour of the building. We paid over 60 dollars to store 3 bags while we explored Seattle. I will not rent from Vacasa again.

Exactly as pictured--squeeky clean!
My husband (81) and I (73) would stay here again, because of the location. We arrived by AMTRAK and walked to this location. This vrbo is centrally located for walking to almost everything a tourist would want to see. We left by a short walk to the ferry that goes to Victoria.

Clean, close to many things
Our family of 4 really enjoyed this rental. It was clean, nicely decorated and very well appointed. We liked the little touches like wireless charging pads on the bedside tables, lots of dishes including kids plastic dishes. Do wish they had a regular coffee maker, not just a Keurig machine. The pool was nice. I was surprised by needing a Vacasa escort into the building the first time. I would have liked that to be disclosed first. The unit is on the 3rd level and there is a fair bit of street noise, but that is to be expected so close to downtown. It was fine with the windows closed. Other people commented on noisy pipes, we did not experience that at all. The build itself was very quiet and we rarely heard anyone in other units. I would stay here again.

This condo is in a great part of town that has many restaurants and bars within walking distance.
This property was great as far as size, location, parking, price. The only complaint is the pipes in the adjacent units hum and skreech every time someone turns on the water or shower-cannot sleep through the noise.
