Welcome to "Fremont House"! You will feel right at home in this beautiful, spacious 5 bedroom home

THE SPACE
This spacious house is a single family home with 5 bedrooms.

KITCHEN / DINING
Located on the main living area, the kitchen flows off of the dining room. It is modern, well equipped and has plenty of storage space The dining area is set up with a large table with plenty of seating.

LIVING
The front door of the home opens to the very spacious living room. The living room has a 50" tv (cable and DVD) and queen sleeper sofa that is quite comfortable to sleep on (we use the best mattress available so no one gets a sore back!).
There is also a gas fireplace.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: On the top level and has the master bedroom with a king bed
Bedroom 2: On the main floor and has a king bed
Bedroom 3: On the main floor and has a queen bed
Bedroom 4: On the lower level and has a king bed and a crib
Bedroom 5: On the lower level and has two king beds

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: On the top level and is an en-suite to the master bedroom
Bathroom 2: On the main level
Bathroom 3: On the lower level

LAUNDRY
There's a full-size washer dryer on the lower level

OUTDOOR SPACE
The backyard of the home is set up with a BBQ and seating for outdoor meals! There is also a swingset for the little ones.

GUEST ACCESS
Access to the home is provided without a cumbersome lock box or key exchange. Instead, you will choose a 4 digit code, and the electronic lock to the home will be programmed with your code for the duration of your stay.

Your hosts, Andy and Lynne, live nearby. Unless we are out of town, we are here to welcome you and help you with any of your needs during your stay. We are happy to offer you advice for sightseeing, restaurant recommendations, and even some budget saving tips and coupons.
Guests will receive, in advance, our comprehensive homemade visitors' guide to Seattle, packed with our personal recommendations for dining, activities, and much more.

Do you plan to cook during your stay? By special advanced arrangement (depending on availability), we will fulfill your grocery list and have your home stocked for your arrival.

This 5 bedroom home is central to everything Fremont has to offer: great restaurants, parks, hiking, supermarkets, day spas, and more.

GETTING AROUND
We live a few short blocks from bus lines that will take you to Seattle's numerous neighborhoods. There is off-street parking for one car, and street parking for additional cars is plentiful and free.

To respect our neighbors, this home may use internal NoiseAware sensors. These devices do not record audio within the home, but will alert Seattle Vacation Home when the volume exceeds a level that threatens neighborhood tranquility.
