Dieser 3.000-Seemeilen-Kurzurlaub auf einem Hektar großen Grundstück, gegenüber von mehreren hundert Hektar Weinbergen, wirkt wie ein Schloss mit dem Flair eines luxuriösen Anwesens. Beide auf den Fotos gezeigten Strukturen sind enthalten und durch einen Flur verbunden. Genießen Sie eine hochmoderne Küche (Granit, neuer Gasherd, Kühlschrank, große Insel mit Bar), zwei Suiten mit Kingsize-Bett und zwei weitere Gästezimmer (eines mit einem Queensize-Bett und eines mit einem Doppelbett), groß Spielzimmer mit großem Billardtisch und Bar sowie großartigen Außenbereichen mit privatem Whirlpool. Awesome Castle and beautiful settings amongst the redwood trees!
What a wonderful place to get away. Michael, the host was so friendly and told us the history of the castle. This was a four day getaway with friends and we would love to go back as soon as possible. The home was warm and cozy very unique. The amenities were perfect. first class beddings something you would expect in a five star hotel. Great kitchen with everything you can possibly need to prepare a meal.. We can’t wait to go back!

6 of us spent 5 nights in wine country. We had a great time both wine tasting and sightseeing around the area. The host was very informative and gave great shook things to do in the area. The castle house was the unique place we were looking for. Everything was as listed, beds were comfortable and the kitchen area was well stocked. We enjoyed playing pool each night, something we don’t typically do. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun spot to stay when in wine country.

A unique property nestled in vineyards in the heart of wine country. The host, Michael, was very helpful even before we arrived, and upon arrival, gave a thorough orientation at the property. We appreciated all the advice about wineries to visit as well as some discount coupons. We had 4 wine tastings. shopped, ate great meals, visited the Charles Schulz musem, and had a little excursion to the ocean. All doable in 4 full days.

Vineyard wonder
Our group of 5 college classmates, celebrating our collective 65th birthday in the Sonoma Valley, enjoyed our stay at Castle House. Michael was a perfect host, meeting us at the house to check us in, show us around, and offer tips on things to do and places to stay. The kitchen worked well for us, and the outside spaces were fabulous. The location is central to *everything* that Sonoma Valley has to offer, yet it is quiet and rural and beautiful. Note that the 4th bedroom is not for the faint of heart - as shown by the pictures, it is significantly away from the rest of the house (though easily reached by the connecting passage), and the half bathroom attached to it has quite a low ceiling clearance. If you only need 3 bedrooms and not 4, the house is a perfect charmer.

A stay in the castle
I booked the castle for its quirky title, interesting pictures, location & its size (we had a pretty big group). Michael Ray, and partner Kristen were lovely. Michael met us upon arriving to the castle. He gave us a history of the house, and more than a few great suggestions for places to visit, wine tastings and activities. Honestly the BEST experience with a host EVER! He put the icing on a wonderful vacation cake!

Perfect location for a biking tour of Sonoma!
Wonderful property. It feels like you're in a secluded location since you're surrounded by towering redwoods! This place is centrally located in the valley and was a great location to cycle out from! We rented the castle for 5 nights. The location was perfect between the Charles Schultz Airport and Memorial Hills Cemetery. Lots of beautiful areas on property for family photos. Super quite location. Got a kick out of listening to the coyotes.The home was clean and accomodated 7 adults perfectly. The owners were very friendly and met us at the home to walk us through and answer any questions. The beds were very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities that we were able to use. Charming house in the midst of vineyards
We really enjoyed our stay. The house is certainly unique, beautiful, clean, well maintained and has very unusual layout. Plenty of space to spread out. Teenagers can have their own quarters. Bedding is comfortable, pillows could be better. Bathrooms/showers worked great. High end kitchen appliances and propane grill on the deck. Did not use hot tab, but it was there and ready. Too bad the fireplace is not functioning. Walking distance and short drives to numerous wineries. Many thanks to Michael, who is a great host. He met us in person, gave a detailed tour and history lesson about the house. His local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable. Would love to stay again one day.
