Our 1987 Arts & Crafts style home is situated on 240 acres with amazing views from every window and in every direction. The 3,800 sq ft house is 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath. The three car garage has a ping pong table, foosball table, and can jam for your enjoyment. The 850 sq ft apartment above the garage has a bedroom and full bath. Perfect "get away" location for the grandparents or teenagers!
This unique property allows families and friends to gather and connect with one another as well as unplug, unwind, and reconnect with nature. Whether you hike the property, relax with your coffee on the patio and take in the morning sunrise and mountain views, practice your golf swing from the tee box, or soak in the view from the living room, you will find the stress melting away as you relax and breathe in the fresh country air.
The house has a well-appointed kitchen for cooking your favorite family meals. You'll find 2 ovens, warming tray, 2 dishwashers, prep sink, and 2 sub zero refrigerators.
There's a cute little playspace under the stairs for the kids looking for their own space to read and play.
The property sleeps up to 12 guests with a maximum of 10 adults. Bedroom 1 has a King, Bedroom 2 has a Queen, Bedroom 3 has a Full and Twin bunkbeds, Bedroom 4 (apartment) has a Queen, and two queen air mattresses are provided.
We are located about 6 miles from Sweet Home, OR and 9 miles from Lebanon, OR. Many attractions just a short drive away (5-15 minutes) Hiking at McDowell Creek Falls is just up the road, water sports at Foster Lake or Green Peter Reservoir, floating the Santiam River, Santiam Excursion train rides, Pineway golf course, Mallard Creek golf course, Moore Family vineyards, boutique shopping, great restaurants, and local breweries.
Please note, this is a working farm and depending on time of year there can be crops being harvested or farm work being done (hazelnuts, wheat, hay, grass seed). Guests will be made aware as soon as we know the farming is scheduled.
