The cabin was in an excellent location, close to town for dining and shopping, we enjoyed our stay , everything is provided for you and is spacious and clean. „Nice place on the lake, very quiet and private, everything is included in the rental, nothing really to bring (except keurig coffee pods) Plenty of room we had a family of 8 including small children. The kitchen was a bit crowded, the furniture the house is on the older side. But overall nice place to rent. We would recommend. Thank you for your hospitality. “

This cottage worked out perfectly - it was plenty warm, the backyard and patio are private and lovely, and the cottage is spacious with helpful features (great buffet shelving near large dining table). „Lovely location close to many wineries and an easy drive to Watkins Glen or Ithaca. Plenty of beds, seating and a large kitchen. Enjoyed the fire pit. We had two issues (water and plumbing) which were inconvenient for us, but Paul was easy to communicate with and quick to address them. “

„Everything was good except the bed mattress especially the bunk house were too hard and the pillows had no firmness. Maybe adding a foam topper and upgraded pillows would make a big difference. “

„The yurt was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the wood burning stove almost every night, played lots of puzzles and games, and enjoyed sightseeing in the area. We would have enjoyed getting to know the sheep and chickens a little (we were visited regularly by two handsome black kitties), but alas we couldn't find a time. Next time!“

The host was absolutely phenomenal as far as giving advice as to what was in the area along with knowledge of his house and even sent information prior to check-in.
