„The hotel is comfortable, the reception worked very professional and gave me an upgrade, so enjoyed the room until 11pm. Due to the club I could not sleep until 4am. You could feel the sound from basement. Very tired I couln't enjoy the very good breakfast. The spa is also very nice and the serious massage was nice in a realxing atmosphere.The hotel is connected with the shopping mall, so I enjoyed shopping and the way to the airport is only less than twenty minutes. „The staff are so friendly, polite and helpful. I had arranged a pick up but my flight was delayed by over an hour. I managed to let them know and when I arrived at the airport the lovely young man from the hotel was there waiting for me. They let me change my room as the first one was near the lift and due to being a light sleeper moved me to a room further away which was perfect. The room was clean and the bed super comfy. If I ever travel back here would definitely stay again 😊“

„Wir mussten bei der Ankunft über eine Stunde warten, bis ein Zimmer verfügbar war. Das Zimmer selbst war sauber und ruhig, jedoch etwas reparaturbedürftig. Bei der Ankunft fehlten zunächst Handtücher, die erst nach Nachfrage bereitgestellt wurden. Nach dem zweiten Duschen lief das Wasser im Bad nicht mehr ab, sodass es leicht unter Wasser stand. Am nächsten Tag entwickelte sich dadurch ein unangenehmer Geruch. Das Frühstück war gut und die Betten waren bequem. Insgesamt haben wir nur eine Nacht ...
