"Das Hotel liegt stadtnah, daher empfiehlt sich auch die Reservierung eines Parkplatzes. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, nachmittags gab es kostenfrei Kuchen, Snacks sowie kalte und warme Getränke. Abwechlungsreiches Frühstück! Unser Zimmer war zwar recht klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet – und frisch renoviert. Leider war es etwas hellhörig. Sehr gutes W-LAN."

"The Palazzo Alexander absolutely sweetened our stay in Lucca. The hotel is quite centrally located, not very big, but very cozy and royally furnished. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was also delicious and parts of it were served fresh at the table. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I had concerns about parking in Lucca and when I phoned the day before arrival they made sure that I could park my car safely and close to the hotel, which, to be fair, cost 25 euros a night, but it was worth it to have a safe and monitored parking space for my car. An extra mention goes to Roberto, who served us so incredibly kindly at the bar and at breakfast and gave us such a nice goodbye. We will gladly come back another time. "
