Main House
Villa Kalo Ampeli is suited for families or groups of friends who seek the ultimate Mediterranean experience. Its southwest orientation offers a stunning view of the neighboring island of Milos. It is only 5 km from the port of Serifos and 9 minutes on foot from the beach. The architecture of the house is simple and elegant and it is ideal for adults, young people who wish to enjoy comfort and tranquility and children.
The villa lies in the vicinity of an area characterized as one of exceptional and unspoiled beauty (Natura EU program). It is the Volades, big round rocks just above the villa, which according to the ancient myth Cyclops threw at Ulysses.
Villa Kalo Ampeli can accommodate 6 persons in the main house, 4 in the guesthouse Petra and 4 in the guesthouse Anatoly.
Offering a rewarding experience, the main house features three en-suite sea view and sunny bedrooms (one master and two double-ones) with built-in beds and pristine white walls and drapes, generating a bright, sun-flooded ambiance with direct access to the pool.
The living room in the main house offers all the amenities that make the guests' stay a delight: wide windows overlooking the sea, a fireplace, DVD, TV and a dining area seating eight persons.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed (1.80 cm), wardrobe, safe, en-suite bathroom, electric ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds (1,60 cm), en-suite bathrooms, wardrobes, electric ceiling fans and air-conditioning. In all the bathrooms there are rain showers and hair dryers.
The kitchen equipment consists of: built-in hot plates, an oven, a microwave oven, two refrigerators, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a mixer, a toaster, espresso machine.
The lower level provides a gym with table tennis, weights, exercise instrument and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom that can be used to accommodate the staff, a laundry room, and storage.
Guest Houses
The villa offers two independent guest rooms, Petra and Anatoly which can accommodate 4 persons each. Petra guesthouse consists of a living area equipped with two single beds with a ceiling fan, one bedroom with queen size bed and a private bathroom with rain shower and hairdryer. Anatoly guesthouse consists of a queen size bedroom with a dressing room, a private bathroom with rain shower and hairdryer, open living room with two small double futons. Both guestrooms are equipped with air-conditions in the bedroom.
The main house is furnished and decorated in a modern minimal style and all the rooms look out on the swimming pool and garden.
The arrangement of the interior, combined with the spectacular views and sunset, creates the ideal setting for garden parties. The exterior dining area can accommodate 12 persons, offering memorable experiences. The stone built and well-protected from the winds exterior dining area can accommodate 12 persons, whereas the exterior sitting area arrangement, offers memorable moments to guests.
Surrounding area
In the surrounding area of the villa Kalo Ambeli, there are traditional Mediterranean plants as well as grass. Under the main house, there is a modern BBQ and a round-shaped stone-built oven. The outdoor space adjacent to the villa serves as a private parking area for guests and visitors.
Beach
The beautiful and quiet beach of Kalo Ambeli is only a nine-minute walk through an idyllic path from the villa. The sandy beach, well protected from the north winds, and the clear turquoise waters offer a delightful swim away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is popular among children since it is surrounded by rocks ideal for plunges and climbing.

The Island of Serifos
The island of Serifos is the ideal destination for young people seeking the Cycladic beauty and genuine delight. It is also ideal for families since it offers recreation to children in a safer environment than other islands. Safe swimming in calm waters, football or basketball in municipal courts and fields, fishing and exploring the island are some of the activities that can keep the young ones busy and the old ones …. in peace.
For scuba diving lovers there is a school and for those who like walking, there is a mountaineering club and a wide variety of mapped walking routes.
The port of the island is a ten-minute drive from the Kalo Ambeli villa. There one can find supermarkets, butcher shops, bakeries, pharmacies, green groceries and traditional taverns. The island’s capital is easily accessible by car or through the mapped path that offers a memorable walk.

By plane to Eleftherios Venizelos airport.
