Deposit of 300 € in Pre-authorization by bank credit card.
Please return the house in the condition in which you found it (dishes done, garbage cans taken out)
Otherwise an additional cleaning charge will be applied.
The accommodation is non-smoking and parties are not allowed, no noise pollution between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. if this is not respected, penalties will apply.
