„We loved our stay. Our accommodations needed updating and we would have preferred a better view, also better cleaning supplies we were unable to keep floors clean which was unpleasant. „Our family of 5 loved staying at this property. Just steps from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk, the location is great. The condo has all you need to enjoy the beach or the pool. My 9 and 11 year old loved the upstairs room, it was just their size. Everything was comfortable and clean. „Absolutely great spot! Was so happy we chose here to stay. Great location-Just off the beaten path from all the bigger resorts so quieter but also completely walkable to all the restaurants and stores nearby. Our condo was furnished very nicely and updated and we were 3 steps from our back porch to the beach. Got to enjoy the sunset every night from our spot. Kids loved the pool and playground right on the beach as well!“

„We stayed at Sundowner for a week in April and absolutely loved it! It is located on a quiet part of beautiful seven mile beach. Five minute walk gets you to restaurants and water rentals. „A Great condo, complex with nice pool and man made beach,and awesome sunsets. Only a couple items were not 100% ideal. The unit was very far from the parking lot and it is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator so many steps with full hands all the time. The second thing is the units looks like it’s used hard and often so it could use a deep cleaning. “
