Die Wohnung befindet sich im Plantation Village am Seven Mile Beach. In der Nähe von Hotels, Restaurants, Supermarkt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Camana Bay. Der Flughafen ist ca. 8 Autominuten entfernt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock mit Blick auf den Pool und den Garten.

Die Wohnung wurde renoviert. Der Innenraum bietet eine moderne Küche und einen Essbereich sowie eine zentrale Klimaanlage. Plasma-TV im Wohnzimmer und in der Master Suite. Abgeschirmte Veranda.

Das Anwesen ist möbliert und komplett ausgestattet neue Küche, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Herd, Mikrowelle, Granit und Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Zwei Schlafzimmer: Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem Tagesbett mit Ausziehbett. Schließen Sie auch eine Königinsofalagerschwelle im Wohnzimmer ein. Zwei Badezimmer.

Eine Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Kostenloser Internetzugang und kostenlose Parkplätze.

Wir sind komplett für Ihre Kleinen vorbereitet, einschließlich BabyBjorn tragbares Bett, BabyBjord Türsteher, Babyspielmatte, Strandspielzeug und Kinderspielbereich.

Das Resort verfügt über zwei Süßwasserpools - einen großen Pool mit Meerblick und einen großen Pool mit einer Tiefe von 3 bis 4 Fuß für Kinder.

Bars, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Resort entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt liegt etwa 15 Gehminuten entfernt. In Gehweite befindet sich Camana Bay, eine pulsierende Stadt, in der Sie ein Kino, Geschäfte, Restaurants, eine Buchhandlung, Fitnessstudios und einen wöchentlichen lokalen Erntemarkt finden.

Verpassen Sie auf keinen Fall einen Besuch in Stingray City, wo Sie mit den Stachelrochen schwimmen können! Auf der Insel gibt es viele seriöse Tauchfirmen, die Erfahrung im Tauchen bieten. Sie können einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Marriott Hotel machen, um Wassersportarten wie Jetski, Parasailing, Bananenboot und Kajakfahren zu erreichen.

Convenient Stay
The property was very clean and the office staff onsite was accessible and accommodating whenever we needed anything. I was expecting to have beach access right at the resort, but there is no beach. The water/tide is right up to the wall around the resort at all times day and night. Otherwise, the location is ideal. It’s minutes from George Town to the south and white sand beaches to the north, grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations.

This property had everything we needed. Cooking utensils, paper products, even cookware to make a full meal. The staff was awesome and it made our trip that much amazing. Highly recommend over a hotel if you’re looking for longer than a 2 day stay. It was just like the pictures but better!

Beautiful condo on the beach with great host!
This 2 bedroom 2 full bath condo has everything you need. All you need is your personal grooming items and you’re all set. Kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking and bakeware. All great appliances: huge fridge freezer; modern range and dishwasher and microwave. Beautiful comfortable furniture. We would love to come back!

We had a wonderful week in Grand Caymen. Sania was great to work with. The unit had everything we needed. It was especially nice to have our own washer and dryer in the unit. The complex itself is a bit run down and needs some attention. When we checked in to our unit had not been cleaned yet from the previous guests so we had to leave for a couple of hours until it was done. The location is great. It’s very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Described accurately. Easy to cook and loved BBQ too. Fridge has lots of ice and water filter. Screened in patio facing pool. Master faces away from road so no noise, kids room faces road. Lovely to have 2 wc. Only real con was the beach in front is not great but we used adjacent properties cuz all public. We LOVED using the bikes and rode to many different beaches. Location is great, 20 mins walk to Camana Bay, groceries, lots of restaurants nearby. We didn't rent a car and did not feel needed due to bikes. We also enjoyed the pools which were nice and quiet. Played lots of pickleball.

The property was very comfortable. It was a short walk to the beach behind the condo. Snorkeling brhind the condo was the best in that whole stretch of beach. Convenient walking distance to resturants, grocery store and liquor store. A 5 min walk to Marriot that offers coffee bar, massage studio and a GREAT beach bar with the best Pina Colidas on the island. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful And Comfortable
I stayed here with my three adult children for a weeks vacation. We found the beds to be comfortable, the couch was comfortable, all the seating was comfortable! The large dining room table give us plenty of room to spread out for meals and games. The kitchen had so many Utensils and plates and bowls. We were never lacking for anything. We found a location to be super convenient and central to everything. We were able to walk to pick up takeout food or to Captain's bakery. The appliances were all well-maintained, and worked great. Everywhere you looked there was storage, storage, storage! Worth every penny!

We had a great stay at the Plantation Village Condo. They property was clean and accurately described in the listing. We were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came in twice for a full cleaning during our stay. It was great to get that sand off the floors! The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. The owner was responsive to our questions and even checked on us after our arrival. We had a such lovely time visiting Grand Cayman and staying at this condo! It was the perfect location for us with our three young children. Both pools were great, and the beach was pretty small but it was easy to walk down to several other public beach accesses. It was AMAZING having a kitchen and easy access to grocery stores and tons of restaurants! We had great communication with Sania and she was VERY accommodating. We had a unique situation that made our booking a bit tricky, and she was very helpful and totally understanding, which was very, very appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and absolutely recommend this place! And the price was great!

Overall, the condo met our expectations, with a few exceptions. First, the Pros: 1. Loved the pools...especially the one near the beach. There were plenty of chairs & umbrellas & the pools were clean. 2. Enjoyed having the ability to check out kayaks & paddle boards. 3. Air conditioning & appliances worked very well. 4. There were a few good restaurants within walking distance. 5. The grounds were very attractive. 6. The furniture was comfortable & TVs worked. Cons: 1. No standard staples....no salt, pepper and shampoo/cream rinse (as we have come to expect in vacation rentals). 2. Condo was not ready upon our arrival, which was 4:00 PM (stated check-in time). 3. We had ordered groceries in advance and were told that the delivery person would be allowed into the condo to put everything away. Instead, the groceries were left in the office and we had to haul them across the complex and up to our second floor condo. 4. Hot water was non-existent in the kitchen, which made cleaning hand washable pots/pans impossible without heating water to boiling on the stove and adding it to the dishwater. The office was made aware of this problem and said they would get maintenance to address it, but they never did. 5. The floors in our condo were FILTHY. They were mopped because the floors were wet when we went in for the first time, but their cleaning methods are lacking. The bottoms of our feet were constantly dirty anytime we went barefoot....from day one.

Very clean as pictured. Needs basic seasonings like salt/pepper. Needs new Nonstick pans as all the fry pans are wore out. Excellent cable choices with HBO. Beach is almost a non option as very small with 10 chairs. 2 pools were nice. Groceries delivered by fosters.com were on time.

They thought of everything!
This condo was not only beautiful- even prettier in person than in pictures- it had SO MUCH handy stuff in the cupboards and closets and on the balcony. Traveling with kids is complicated, but they supplied so much great beach gear, board games, grocery bags, etc, it made you feel a little more at home. Then the pots, pans, kitchen supplies were very nice quality and plenty of them for making meals in. Also the pools were great, we watched the staff cleaning them very thoroughly. Would totally stay there again!

Fantastic stay on SMB!
This property was great! It was close to what we needed and communication with the owner was fast and effective. The condo had beach umbrellas, coolers, and ice packs available for use. Kitchen amenities were plentiful and the laundry was great. We really loved that two bathrooms were in the unit! The only downside was that the floors were dirty - not visibly but feet were showing what was there. All in all, I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay!
We had the best time renting this property, the location was perfect, the pool had just got new sun beds and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. Totally recommend and will hopefully be back!
