Host charges a 5% credit card processing fee on Booking . com, VRBO and direct bookings. 13% tourism tax will be added to the reservation.
For bookings made through VRBO, Booking.com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
14 days or more before check-in: Full refund (100%).
7-14 days before check-in: Partial refund (50%).
Less than 7 days before check-in: No refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations and interruptions due to hurricanes and other unforeseen events.
