Great Place To Stay

I loved ourbstaybat this property. I do wish there was a way for VRBO to make you aware of what your view will be. Didnt go onto porch because our view was of a busy highway. There was no fireplace which was ok. The only cleaning issue was hair in the shower and a dirty coffee cup in the cabinet. Overall it was a great experience and we would stay again. I willbsay that I did not appreciate the bossiness and rudeness of the lady that gives you your bands. I told her politely 3 times that I was not interested in the "free" gifts because I was not sitting through a presentation. She would not stop. I know that's her job but when I finally told her no is no she basically threw the band to me and ignored my questions after that. And then she had the nerve to say well dont you think your hisband would be interested in the gifts. I just said no I'm not married. Then asked well who are you traveling with. That's when I asked if we were done and walked away.

Family time

We so enjoy staying there. We plan a trip every year at the same time and after 5 years we still haven’t seen everything. We love Dollywood and Stampede so it’s always a must. Accommodations were great, perfect for our family, close to everything. No problems checking in, everyone very courteous.

Spacious unit with easy access from town. Dishwasher wasn't rinsing well which was replaced. Same problem next run. Grounds were pretty but could benefit from walking trails to navigate extreme hills on property.

I loved everything about this condo, from the size and space of the condo to the great location. It was close to everything. We could literally see the Walmart from our balcony. Concierge was so nice and pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our family

We stayed at the property for a weekend volleyball tournament. The place was clean and comfortable, and located in a great area. We didn't get to use the amenities (pool and activities) due to the tournament schedule, but they looked nice.

Exceeded expectations

My family stayed in a 3 bdrm at the Wyndham. This place was ABSOLUTELY perfect! The size, cleanliness, location, activities, amenities- EVERYTHING was perfect. I was concerned we wouldnt have enough dishes, or cooking/cleaning supplies- I was completely wrong, it had everything we needed and more. I plan to save this place for future visits, as we could not fit in everything there was to do and we plan to go back. The location could not be more perfect. The views, perfect. I cannot say enough about this place, I will definitely return!

Dirty carpeting

The carpets were so dirty that we had to call and ask for them to be shampooed. Our socks and infants clothing, legs and feet was filthy within minutes. It took several days for the carpets to dry so we had to be extra careful not to slip and fall when walking around the condo.

Excellent room!

This was our family's first time staying in a condo instead of a cabin. I was a little nervous at first but the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and spacious. We loved the location being right in the middle of town but being far enough away that we couldn't hear all of the noise. If there was anything we needed all we had to do was text the number given to us and it would be there within minutes. We definitely enjoyed our stay and will be planning to return!
