- PET-FRIENDLY POLICY- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

- Renter Agreement: A signed renter agreement is required within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be canceled.
- Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum renter age is 21.
- Smoking Policy: No smoking is allowed inside the cabin. Violations are subject to a $500 odor removal fine.
- Pet Policy: A maximum of 2 pets is allowed, with a fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without prior approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.
- Outdoor Surveillance: The property is equipped with outdoor cameras that monitor the driveway and front entrance for security purposes.
- Credit Card Fraud: We reserve the right to report and prosecute all instances of credit card fraud.

What linens are provided?
- We provide linens for all beds, four bath towels per bathroom, washcloths, and pool room towels (48 bath towels, 20 pool towels, 36 washcloths,12 bath mats)

What household supplies are included?
- We provide the following to get you started: 1 roll of paper towel, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, mini dish detergent, dishwasher pods, 1 laundry detergent pod, kitchen trash bags, travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion.
- Additionally, we also stock large bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in each bathroom.

What does the kitchen include?
- The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd expect, including dual stoves, refrigerators, tableware, dinnerware, rice cooker, slow cooker/croc-pot, griddles, blender, toaster, various-sized pots and pans, wine glasses, two drip coffee machines, and a Keurig coffee maker (in COFFEE BAR room).

Do you provide any baby items?
- Yes, we provide 1 pack ‘n play, 1 full-size crib.

Do you provide a grill?
- Yes, we have a charcoal grill located in front of the cabin, next to the parking lot, along with the necessary accessories. If you're out of charcoal, let us know, and we’ll deliver more within an hour or two.

Do you have fireplaces?
- We have an electric fireplace in the living room and a gas fire pit on the main deck.
