TIPPY TOP ist ein wunderschönes 3-stöckiges Apartment (3) mit 6 Schlafzimmern, 2 Schlafzimmern auf jeder Etage, 4 Schlafzimmern mit Kingsize-Bett, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett, 1 - 4 Etagenbett. Custom Built echte Blockhaus in Shagbark eine bewachte Wohnanlage ca. gelegen. 6 Meilen von der Parkway bei Licht # 3 in Pigeon Forge. Die Aussicht von der Kabine ist spektakulär, daher der Name der Kabine. Das Grundstück, auf dem Tippy Top sitzt, ist 3 Hektar groß und bietet Ihnen viel Privatsphäre Steile Abfahrten, die es den Kindern und der ganzen Familie ermöglichen, in der Hütte herumzulaufen. Der Whirlpool befindet sich hinter der Hütte mit Blick auf die Berge und die himmlischen Berge. Für die kühleren Nächte gibt es 2 Gaskamine, einen auf der Hauptstufe des großen Raums und einen auf der Ebene des Spielraums. Die Kabine verfügt über 4 Master-King-Suiten mit Badezimmern auf der 3. Ebene. Es gibt ein spektakuläres King-Schlafzimmer mit einer Wand aus Fenstern, die eine große Whirlpool-Badewanne mit spektakulärem Bergblick und Kamin für kühlere romantische Abende umgibt. Der Küchen- und Essbereich ist komplett ausgestattet, von Geschirr über Glaswaren bis hin zu Töpfen und Pfannen. Die kleinen Geräte machen ihn zu einer großartigen Küche zum Kochen. Wenn Sie Gas grillen möchten, genießen Sie die Aussicht, während Sie nach einem langen Tag voller Besichtigungen aller Sehenswürdigkeiten in Pigeon Forge und im Gebiet des Gatlinburg Smoky Mountain National Park das Familienessen zubereiten. Perfect mountain getaway

The house was beautiful and very clean. The house was fully stocked with everything you will need. Our family enjoyed the beautiful wrap around deck with amazing views, coffee in the morning and drinks at night. We had plans to leave during the days to go exploring and have dinner out, but we enjoyed being at the house so much we stayed there most of our trip.I highly recommend this vacation home, we will definitely book again if we vacation in Tennessee in the future.

Christmas Getaway

This home was perfect. We put all the teen/young adults downstairs in those 3 bedrooms with all the games which was PERFECT. Then we put the couples up on the main floor and upstairs and we couldn't have asked for better. The only thing is I would pack your hair dryers, other than that everything you could need is there and there are 2 laundry rooms which is great. I could've just stayed at the cabin and would've been content.

The view from Tippy Top is stunning!

We had stayed in the original Tippy Top in 2021 before it was lost to the wildfires. We came back to stay at the new cabin because Mark is a great homeowner and host. The old Tippy Top was Great, but this new Tippy Top that Mark completed last month is SPECTACULAR. The design and open space is awesome and the views from all rooms are breathtaking. The finishes and decor are top notch the mattresses are very comfortable. We always enjoy coming to the mountains and Tippy Top is our families new choice for making memories that the family will have for a lifetime.

Amazing views!

When we first pulled in and saw this brand new, real log cabin with the fabulous mountain views, my fiancee and I were amazed. But that was only the beginning! The porches were perfect for a large gathering and for relaxing, the kids enjoyed the game room with pool table and air hockey. Views, views, views from every room. Mark was an experienced host that answered all our questions in a timely manner and thought of all the little details. The experience was phenomenal, we're even planning on our next trip to Florida to stay at his beach house this summer. 5 stars all the way!

Amazing experience

Tippy Top was awesome. The cabin layout and amenities were perfect for our group. We have found our family cabin in the smokies for our visits. Thank you Mark for sharing your paradise in the mountains. When we first pulled in and saw this brand New real log cabin with these fabulous mountain views we were in amazed. Great Trip!!!!

We traveled with a group of 10 people(5 couples). The cabin is brand new and very big. With 3 levels with mountain views, huge porches that wrap around the cabin on the main level. The kitchen is stock very well and again plenty of room and cabinet and cooking space. The lower level has has 3 bedrooms and game room on the back porch a large hot tub for relaxing. VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS. Plenty of parking. Mark the owner was a pleasure to work with and kept us informed and answered all of our question during the reservation process thru our stay. We can't wait to comeback and visit again.

The cabin was spacious and well equipped. The cleanliness was pretty good - clearly under beds and under furniture had not been cleaned but overall was great. Everything was in working condition kitchen was well equipped and outdoor space was great. beautiful views and sunsets

This home was beautiful, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness and the bedspace. We never did figure out the 2 convertible Queen beds listed. Further, the bunk beds were not useable for adults. The mattresses were springs and fell through in the middle. ALL of the bathtubs and the showers had to be cleaned out. There was hair in the downstairs bathroom. The downstairs fridge was not cleaned out from previous tenants. The downstairs level did not appear to have been cleaned at all. The floors had popcorn ,chips and cheezits on it. There was dust and cobwebs all over the bedrooms and under the top bunks. The outlets did not work either. The middle level was good for the most part, but the bench on the table had a leg that was broken off previously and glued back. When we arrived at the property, we were able to reach the owner to try and get in. The code we were given did not work, nor 6 or 7 others he gave us to try. Luckily another door was left open to get in. However, we had to leave that door unlocked when we left, which made us very uncomfortable about our belongings and our safety when re-entering the home. We also contacted the owner about the television in the middle level, which did not work. He said he would call the cable provider to fix the next day, but he did not. He also did not follow up with us the following day. .When I emailed about the cleanliness concerns and the code to the door, he ignored the cleanliness concern altogether. We are in a pandemic and used a cabin in hopes that it would be a better choice. However, it appears that the cleaning company does not do a good job and they leave some spaces untouched. Im very discouraged about the cleanliness and safety. When we expressed concern, we were told it was safe up there and not to be worried. That is not sufficient, as we were a group of women traveling . The home itself was beautiful, but the quality of cleaning and responsiveness of the owner was very disappointing.

Family holiday vacation

This was our first mountain holiday vacation with a family of 15 (ages 8-62) and it was an awesome! The cabin was prefect. It was very clean, well stocked and gorgeous, not to mention the location and views which were amazing. The game room was the hot spot for everyone as well as the jacuzzi. We had an issue upon arrival with the water heater in which I made one phone call to Kristie and she took care of everything and we never had another issue. She was amazing. She kept me updated and went above and beyond to accommodate us on this trip. The service man who came out was also very friendly, efficient and resolved the issue first trip. Overall, this was a great trip and the cabin is perfect for a large family. We are already making plans to return next year and will definitely choose Tippy Top again.

Fantastic Thanksgiving Stay

We spent 4 nights at Tippy Top Thanksgiving Weekend with a group of 10 adult family members and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and very well stocked with everything you’d need (bring your own toiletries). A short 10-15 minute drive into the heart of Pigeon Forge or beautiful Wears Valley. We found the room accommodations perfect for 10 adults, and if mixed with kiddos, would work for a few more.

Beautiful view and great location

We visited Pigeon Forge to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday. The house was in a good location and the view was beautiful. The only complaint is that the house was not cleaned properly. There was dust everywhere and the bathrooms didn't appear to have been cleaned very well. But we still had a great time with family and friends!!

Overall a great experience. Location was great with amazing views. We were able to see a bear during our time. Having two beds and bathroom on main floor was nice as we had our grandmother with us. A deep clean of the property is needed as there is a lot of dust sitting on base boards and light fixtures. Also one frying pan and no baking sheets in kitchen so cooking breakfast for 10 was very difficult. Would recommend they purchase a few more items for the kitchen. Hot Water for showers is very limited. Owners were very responsive. Appreciated the gated community.

First time VRBO stay

Booked Tippy Top for 10 of us. The location was great. Near enough to the parkway and close enough to hop over to Wears Valley for a wedding. Stayed four nights and had a great time. The only issue we had was getting hot water for the showers. The sinks had constant hot water and not everyone showered everyday, so we couldn’t figure out what the problem was but we made do. The lower level bathtub was not cleaned, so I just scrubbed it up myself. House keeping was just finishing as we pulled in for our stay and I had a chance to speak with Kristie. She had a family emergency arise just before our stay so I think the shower was just overlooked. I was grateful she was there at all considering the situation. Everything else was up to snuff. The wifi worked great. TVs worked. The game room kept us all busy for when we stayed in and the drive to town was about 15 minutes. Super convenient. We didn’t see a single bear (which was a relief for me) but one must have come by to check out the grills because they were moved about 5ft away from each other. The hot tub was great and overall we had a great time. Mark and Daniela were very responsive and answered all the first time questions I had prior to our trip.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time. The house was awesome. The kids really enjoyed it. Beautiful view from the porch. We did have an encounter with a bear. He destroyed the garbage shed. Th owner responded very quickly and had a new door put in. We would definitely stay again. I would be very nervous going to this house in the winter. There is a pretty steep hill going to the cabin.

First family mountain trip

Our family had a good time at this cabin. It was very spacious, but there was a lot of pet hair throughout the cabin and some of the bed sheets weren't clean among other things like the microwave not working , etc. But despite those few housekeeping/maintenance issues Kristie from maintenance as well as the owner were VERY kind and easily reached if we needed anything and we were able to get the door fixed. Based off that alone we would definitely visit again and just ensure that things are fixed and the house is clean.

Really nice view

The view was really nice. The power went out in the whole community for 5+ hours so we got to stay a few extra hours to make sure we could get everything loaded up since we couldn’t do it the previous night due to not being able to see. We did see a bear at the neighbors. A bear also flipped our grill while we were out. It is very spacious. The hill up to the cabin is very very steep and the driveway is hard to get into if it has rained and covered in leaves. I would stay there again. The location and view was awesome. Plenty of room for all of us. Was not as clean as previous places we have stayed we had to clean most of the bathrooms and kitchen when we got there. Could you some better maintenance around the property. Overall we had a good time just for the price and pictures online expected it to be a little nicer and than it was.

Bear Country

The property was a little smaller than what we had expected, but still very comfortable for our group. Very quiet, beautiful views and gorgeous sunsets. Lot of bears came to visit, but, we didn't bother them and they didn't bother us. Would love to return to this property, however, the rates have gone up drastically.
