„We stayed the beginning of Sept. The cabin we rented was " Premium Cabin, 2 Queen Beds, Kitchen, Mountainside". It was recently renovated, cozy and clean. The cabin has a mini frig, Keurig maker & variety of coffees, hot cocoa, etc. Good quality pans for cooking. The cabin had a charcoal grill and a fire pit. „I brought a friend who was visiting Alaska down for the weekend and the property couldn’t have been better. Very clean, tons of space, centrally located! It’s such a short walk down to the water or downtown strip and the view even from the dining room table is pretty spectacular. Hosts were responsive and got us everything we needed to know well before our trip. Definitely recommend :)“

„We enjoyed a lovely short stay at The Sockeye house! We flew in from MN to visit family in Anchorage and everybody took a trip to Seward for a little extra Alaskan getaway. This was a spacious place to stay that accommodated 4 families of varying age ranges and sizes. Great location, beautiful property, everything we needed! And Mary Beth was great to communicate with! The Alaskans said they will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits. “

„This tiny home/cabin was very well appointed and comfortable for the three adults who stayed. The location, just outside of Seward, was perfect for us. The cabin had everything we needed for the two nights. It was very clean, there were plenty of linens, it was quiet, and we felt safe. I would highly recommend this property. “

„This apartment is really cute and decorated with love. From a guest‘s point of view it would be of advantage to have more space and less decor. Eg in the bathroom and in the kitchen one could use one wall for boards instead of decor. That would make the apartment more flexible for the guests who bring a lot of staff with them. „I just tell you are close to Seward. Place feels like you are all by your self. I walk every day for a couple of mile on a nice gravel road. Easy drive to site see exit glassier. We went to Kenai nice easy drive over and came back. lot to do and see. We got rained out for fishing so we made the best of it. The property owner was great to work with no hassle and help where need. First time at vbo it was nice and easy.“
