„This was a great place for a family of 4 adults. It was close proximity to both downtown and midtown. The property was clean and had all the amenities you would need. Communication between the owner was timely. I would highly recommend this location.“

„Lots of room to spread out in the condo with split bedroom plan with personal baths, great deck for relaxing, firepit helped us stay warm during the cool evenings, grill was great and used the outdoor pizza oven too! Only negative comment I have is that I had to touch up/clean the kitchen a bit. Location gave us great access to Anchorage and to the peninsula for exploring to the south. “

„This was a great condo. It has a well stocked beautiful kitchen with modern appliances. A TV in every room. The deck was a nice private place to spend time with a view. The bathrooms were clean with nice showers and heated floors in the main. The beds were comfortable with soft sheets. A great place to get away. „Loved staying here for a little birthday weekend getaway with girlfriends. Love that it’s dog friendly and has dog bowls and treats. The unit was fully stocked with everything we could need (kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, games and movies, extra outdoor bug spray and bear spray, etc.) check in and out was super easy and the location is centrally located near the merc and restaurants. “

„My stay was nearly 7 weeks to visit my son and his wife and my daughter and 6 grandchildren. The condo was a first floor comfortable space just right for this 75 year old. The kitchen was well supplied and the sofas were very comfortable. Gary and Laura were very attentive and quick to respond to my few requests. The neighborhood was quiet I would recommend having a car. I did not but the Lyft averaged about $15 to most anywhere in Anchorage. Cheney Lake was an added bonus and great for a ...
