„The Concierge of the hotel was excellent. The gentleman who assisted me with getting to my room, booking a limousine back to the airport is an asset to this facility. The in room dining was okay they just have to get the food to the room before it's less than room temperature warm. The only dislike is not being a lento adjust room temperature of 24c, it's as if they do t have heat “

„Das Hotel liegt zentral in Sha Tin. Kowloon und Central sind in 20 Minuten mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Es besteht eine öffentliche Busverbindung zwischen Flughafen und Sha Tin ( Hotel ). Restaurants im Hotel und in der Nähe wie im Shopping-Center vorhanden. Das Hotelpersonal ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.“
