Tastefully decorated throughout with a stylish living room, an elegant dining room that seats 6. A flat screen LED HD Freesat Smart TV with all apps allows you to use your own Netflix / Amazon account. You also have a Bluetooth sound system, and free high-speed fibre Wi-Fi. There are several dedicated workspaces for guests staying on business.

The kitchen is equipped with all essential amenities to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Complete with a south west facing rear garden, and free on street parking.

Arena House is located within walking distance to the Utilita Arena, English Institute of Sport Sheffield, Olympic Legacy Park, Don Valley Bowl, Ice Sheffield, Cannon Medical Centre, Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre (AWRC), The National Centre of Excellence for Food Engineering (NCEFE), and the Valley Centertainment leisure complex.
