„Location, location, location - the location of this rental could not have been better for me and my 6 year old. Right across from the park, near the zoo, kids museum and so much more. Nothing was more than 15 minutes away.We were very pleased upon arrival. Check in was seamless, entry was as described and simple, and the unit itself was just as pictured and spotless. „We stayed here for my son's 21st birthday to celebrate in Memphis! The space was great for a large group. Plenty of room to spread out. Pictures not exactly a true representation. Ping pong table not in great shape. Shuffleboard table unusable. Beds were comfortable but actual construction of the space was very poorly done. Was told there was a Keurig coffee maker but that wasn't the case. Overall was ok for our needs but not sure I would choose again unless some updates were made.“

„Great place, great location. Would definitely stay here again. Listing description and pictures are accurate. Only wishes - that the Master Bedroom blinds would have blocked the lights from across the street better and the balcony would have had 2 chairs to sit out and enjoy the weather.“

„We came to Memphis on business, and chose this place because it had the best price. What we first pulled up, the neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but as advertised, it was clean and quiet all week. Amanda was wonderful to work with.“

„Being in walking distance to The National Civil Rights Museum, Orpheum Theater, Old Dominick's Distillery, Beale St., and the Mississippi River to watch the sunrise makes this spot a sanctuary for respite. This was an exceptionally therapeutic residence with rich history in a safe and convenient location. Both J.R. and his assistant provide outstanding communication ensuring a pleasant stay. I thought my trip to Memphis was a one and done, but I plan to return and truly hope this relaxation ...

„Parking lot had trash everywhere and big piles of trash too. Have to park in assigned spot so locals know you’re visiting. 4 locks on door is a big clue. Condo carpet stained but otherwise appeared clean. Probably cleaning chemical smell aggravated my allergies so didn’t even stay there. Owner graciously refunded cleaning fee. “

„This is a cozy quiet location that was perfect for my wife and me. We loved the proximity to the freeway entrance which made it really easy to get around during our visit. The service stairwell and the hall smell like smoke but that is the only not so great thing about this place and it is more of a general building thing instead of the actual property. I would stay here again.“

"The hotel is located within walking distance of everything in the city center. The park house is located in a building across the street and is a bit run down. I wouldn‘t recommend a woman going alone to their car at night. The hotel itself is an older building and although it has some charm, the rooms were missing it. There were a lot of cosmetic issues e.g. tiles in the shower, paint etc. The walls and doors of the rooms are very thin, I can only recommend staying in a room that does not have a connecting room. Otherwise you will hear every conversation or movie that takes place or is being watched in the other room. "
