I stayed here because it was pet friendly and I was being my dog to Louisville for a surgery. It was perfect for what we needed. “

The house has everything you could need and Emily was super responsive when our very few questions arose. The outdoor space was beautiful and the fire pit was an awesome feature. „This is a super nice house with lots of potential. It is obvious it is still under renovation, but that did not affect anything about our stay. It was cozy, quiet and has lots of space! The owner was very friendly and easy to reach. New internet was put in on our first day there and worked beautifully. It’s out from town on quite a bit of land, but a close drive to most area attractions! Deer visited us daily. It was clean and very comfortable! The outside still needs some work, but we could ...

„Phil was great at communicating and responding. The Victorian home was as described. You got the modern conveniences with the Victorian vibe all in one. Clean and plenty of amenities and extra blankets which I was grateful for. While it was secluded in the back, I would have liked blinds or shutters on the big bay windows for privacy where the kids were on the sleeper sofa. Otherwise it’s was perfect!“

„Our party of 12 came together from all across the country and this location to celebrate the big 4-0 by touring some distilleries on the bourbon trail. This home was in a prime location to be able to fit in some of our favorites in the same day. There was more than enough room for all 12 of us; the cabin is stunning, cozy, and inviting; and their customer service is on point. Thank you for being such a wonderful part of the memories that will last all of us a lifetime!“

„The house was immaculate and very warm a cozy. After visiting the local distilleries we came back and enjoyed games of poker and video games provided with lots of fun. Beds were comfortable. Appliances were very nice with plenty of cookware. House was on a fairly busy street but sat back from the road so there was no noise at all. Hope to come back again!“

The house is in a gated, private community and is away from the busy cities but close to this cute little town that has bowling, ice cream shop, tavern, an antique store, and a great Mexican restaurant. „The surrounding property is low income but we met several of the elderly neighbors one was actually Santa Claus. I went out early on a Saturday morning to see an elderly man with his bright red trousers with big fuzzy white cuffs feeding his cat. He was getting dressed to play Santa Claus on the Santa train in nearby Versailles, Kentucky. The house is old but extremely clean with comfortable beds and well supplied kitchen. There’s a nearby bakery the outstanding in very easy walking distance. ...

Thought it was nice that they left some snacks in a couple sample bottles of the local brown water.Only critique is the bed could have been a little more comfortable and a whole lot quieter and I would suggest leaving some dish cloths and some dawn detergent to help with dish cleanup“

„The house was fabulous. It was old, big, beautiful and clean; full of character. It was nice to have a pool table, slot machine and an assortment of games to play. The host provided snacks, coffee, water, shampoos & conditioners. Anything you'd need. The house was five minutes from Buffalo Trace and downtown Frankfort. The only downside was the neighborhood. It is very run down, but we felt COMPLETELY SAFE. Side note - Goodwood had great food & cocktails and so did The Stave. “

„We had a wonderful visit to Lawrenceburg. As was mentioned in the description, there is a train that makes routine runs throughout the day, and some at night, but we were adequately prepared for that. We did have an appliance issue during our stay, but Patricia was responsive to our need. Thank you for hosting, and we enjoyed our stay!“

"The staff is friendly, and the suites are spacious and adequately equippped. A room cleaning was arranged after two days, although NO such cleaning had been scheduled (for a four-day stay). Unfortunately, breakfast is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils. The food was adequate, but the eggs are probably powdered. Given the relatively low price, the service was sufficient."
