„Our whole family enjoyed this very cool cottage so much! It was so spacious and clean and suited our needs perfectly. Its proximity to the dock and Hunters Cafe were perfect. This is by far the most thought out and thoroughly stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Would highly recommend to everyone.“

„Debbie is an excellent host. Do not be worried that this is a mobile home. It is everything that you need and the area is quiet and safe. Debbie goes through great effort to supply everything you need she even had spices and all the little things that you might need but often forget to bring. Why anyone would choose a hotel instead of a place like this is beyond me. Unfortunately vrbo is not smart enough to not put their banner in the way of writing any more. “

„We just needed a place in Darien for a 2 night stay…didn’t have many plans, but wanted a place with easy access for things to do in town. Susan’s place was within walking distance to restaurants & stores, and we were close to a plantation that we could drive to. The home was very clean and comfortable and Susan was always available when we had questions. We would love to stay at her place again if we’re in the area.!“

„We loved our time on Sapelo. Beautiful beaches to explore. The house is great. Very clean and well appointed. We loved the large front porch. Todd helped us get acclimated before the ferry and made sure our getaway was special. We got some meals from Barbara which was nice since you have to bring all your food with you. Chris gave us a tour of the north end of the island which was interesting to see.“

„We enjoyed a quiet few days in December in Midway and enjoyed the large fenced in property with our family and fur family. The back porch over looking the yard was a great spot for morning coffee and watching the birds on the creek. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need both with pots/pans and seasonings. For those who don’t know the area - make sure you grab your groceries and such before checking in as it’s a good 20 mins back to town. “

„I have an annual golf tournament at Sapelo Hammock. Always stayed at a friend’s condo on the course but he sold it. Not many options in Townsend that fit our needs so very happy I found this place and will short list it for next year. Scott was very responsive and quick to reply. Short drive to Sapelo Hammock. No issues with neighborhood or neighbors. Great experience all the way around.“

We weren’t familiar with Darien, but found it to be not over-touristy with plenty to see and do. „We absolutely loved Dockside Dreamhouse as our after-Christmas getaway. The house had everything we needed, and the backyard was where the real magic happened. The kids enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset, strolling down the long dock for some fishing, and at night, we played cornhole under the stars, gathered around the campfire, and relaxed in the hammock.We loved everything about Dockside Dreamhouse and will be back!“
