„My co-workers and I enjoyed the property. This is a great rental at a good price (bring extra dining tables and chairs if you have more than 6 people or plan to eat out). Not sure what the winery season price is but the off-season was very reasonable. Plenty of parking available and the driveway is a flat, easy safe walk for those wanting to take a hike after a meal or get some exercise.“

„This was a wine business trip to check in with Oregon wineries and introduce growers to our newest sales reps. The home location and layout was just what we were looking for. Well-appointed kitchen made it easy to cook and serve for a crowd each night. The proximity to Harvest Fresh for last minute add-ons for dinner was ideal. Comfortable beds, separate bathrooms and welcoming seating were icing on the cake. Thank you!!“

„House is beautiful and perfect and beds were very comfortable. I appreciate the extra touches such as high quality linens and towels that smell fresh! Kitchen was well stocked for our holiday cooking. Loved the short walk to 3rd street! Like many small towns on the west coast - McMinnville has a homelessness problem and the property’s close proximity to downtown places it very close to those issues. There were some characters in the neighborhood but we did not experience crime. “

„We loved our stay at the Rose Room. It was clean, spacious, great kitchen area. The only drawback was the road noise when we were trying to sleep and having a fire alarm go off our last morning there. But honestly this would not keep us from returning.
