When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. „The house was absolutely gorgeous and the gardens were also amazing, the location was perfect for travelling around and the bed was also extremely comfortable I left feeling extremely refreshed and is a perfect place for a short stay to unwind from everything Absolutely love the addition of the coffee machine and teas you can brew. „This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! The windows were so dusty and we had a lot of ants in the kitchen, it was very disgusting. Everything was very used. The shower was also dirty. We needed to park our car outside of the building because all parking spaces were full. The next day our license plates were stolen. So very unsafe area. I would not recommend staying there. “
