When checking with Eungella Chalet we discovered that whoever input the dates into their systems had made a mistake. We had no accommodation for first night - dates a day ahead. Fortunately the lady at the chalet managed to find a one night stay at Broken River 5km away and the wonderful host there, Wen, welcomed us plus said she would work out payment with the cabins. „This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in! The windows were so dusty and we had a lot of ants in the kitchen, it was very disgusting. Everything was very used. The shower was also dirty. We needed to park our car outside of the building because all parking spaces were full. The next day our license plates were stolen. So very unsafe area. I would not recommend staying there. “
