"The room is the most important part for the guests but I think the room was the worst, dirty & very old carpet, furniture that you can find better furniture than that in any garbage container! The room & the bathroom is from early 70th and not changed, not renovated! No coffee machine, not such a service I had in other Melia or other 5 stars hotels! Opposite of the Room the reception & lobby is shining like a diamond!! Unfortunately I stay & sleep in my room not in reception!! The only thing forced me to stay was the friendly staff ! For my experience with 5 stars hotels or Melia … the room is 2-3 stars category not 5! I am sorry but it’s the truth! "

"freundliches Team. Zimmer sind ab Stockwerk 19, daher relativ ruhig, wenn sie nicht direkt zur Stadtautobahn sind. Umgebung für Neulinge evtl. etwas aufregend und hässlich, aber ok. Nichts für Urlaub, eher für Geschäftsreise. Pool im obersten Stockwerk ist auch ok "

"O upgrade do Expedia dizem não ser possível de adicionar. A piscina não estava limpa, portanto imprópria de uso. A roupa dos funcionários do buffet que iam repor a alimentação do café estava visivelmente não limpa e adequada. O local do café é barulhento e nada relaxante. De forma geral: não recomendável."
