The Property
The Little A is a small A-Frame cabin with a single bedroom on the main level with a queen size bed, and french doors leading to the large rear deck. The second bedroom is located up the spiral staircase to the loft where you will find an area to relax on the couch or take a nap on one of two twin size beds.
The single bathroom is tastefully updated with new tile flooring, bathroom vanity and toilet. Enjoy your morning complimentary coffee in our beautifully remodeled kitchen and dining room. In the evening you can cozy up with loved ones around our outdoor fire pit. (Please check local fire conditions before using). The kitchen is fully equipped with most everything you will need to whip up a tasty meal.
Cleanliness
We take cleanliness seriously and sanitation is our number one priority. We work hard to make your stay as safe and comfortable as possible.
Guests will have access to the entire property.

NO PARTIES or LOUD Music Please! Complaints are the responsibility of the renter. We have a zero tolerance policy on this issue. Please keep the noise down between the hours of 10:00 pm and 8:00 am for the quiet enjoyment of the neighborhood.
***All unrelated guests must have one or more person(s) in their party over 25 that that will be in residence at the property.
Any groups exceeding the maximum of 5 guests will be billed $25 per guest per night (4 yrs old and under do not count toward this) If there are more guests than booked, a fee will be given for the guest.
Pets
We do allow one service/ESA pet at the Little A. We do have a fully fenced yard both front and rear to allow your four-legged family member to roam. Please pick up after your pets to include pet waste. Renter assumes all potential risks or damage due to the pet being at the property.
PLEASE keep your pets off the furniture and beds. We appreciate this very much as it helps preserve the longevity of our furnishing and for cleanliness to other guests. ***You must bring a pet bed with you during your stay.
No smoking, vaping or marijuana use inside this property. Guests will be fined $150 for violations of this rule. Smoking or vaping is allowed outdoors. Please be responsible with your extinguished cigarettes.
Propane is not provided for the bbq grill. If guests wish to use the grill, they can bring propane of their own. Please make sure to clean it for the next guest.
Logs, starter kits, lighters are not provided for fire pit use. You may bring them if you wish to use the fire pit.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION:
Show Low, the business hub and marketing center of the White Mountains and northeastern Arizona, was founded in 1870 and incorporated in 1953. The city is roughly 175 miles northeast of Phoenix and 190 miles north of Tucson at an elevation of 6,331 feet in the southern Navajo County. Show Low was named after a marathon poker game played between two early settlers, C.E. Cooley and Marion Clark. They decided there wasn’t enough room for both of them in the community and agreed to let a card game decide who would get the 100,000-acre ranch and who would move on. According to the story, Clark said, "If you can show low, you win." Cooley turned up the two of clubs and replied, "show low it is."

Show Low sits within a 2,000,000-acre National Forest playground. The area is famous for world class hunting, fishing and camping. These forests produced the current world-record typical elk. The area’s 50 lakes and streams produced current state record fish for six different species. Skiing and snowboarding are available only 36 miles from Show Low at Sunrise Park Resort. The Show Low and White Mountains Trail Systems are the pride of the community and provide more than 120 miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking. Show Low features seven area golf courses including championship courses at Torreon Golf Club and Bison Golf and Country Club.
