„Wenn sie Zimmer #3 kriegen, dann drehen Sie sich um und gehen Sie wieder. Warum? Nun, die Toilette und die Dusche befinden sich gegenüber separat auf dem Gang. Das ist prinzipiell kein Problem. in diesem speziellen Fall jedoch schon. Auf minimalem Raum befinden sich Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken, jedoch ohne jegliche Haken. Da kein Fenster vorhanden ist, und die Lüftung schlecht bis gar nicht funktioniert, ist es dort stets muffig und feucht. Des weiteren lässt sich die Temperatur der Dusche ...

„1st time my brother & I have stayed here. We were well impressed. Our room was lovely & warm. Beds comfy. Plenty of tea , coffee etc. large LCD TV in the room. Bathroom was a bit small but acceptable. Given the price of £63 we were more than happy & would book to stay here again.“

„We are local and only stayed as having work done on the house, so have eaten there many times. Pleasantly surprised how nice and well maintained the room was and very clean. Great atmosphere in the bar, and will recommend to our visitors and the staff were really lovely. “

„Nice place to stay here if visiting Shrewsbury area. Food good at Breakfast, although became nervous when waitress was leaning across you to serve orange juice, this could have been avoided with small decanted bottles put on tables to use if required. Breakfast not a relaxing experience when the waitress who was very friendly was rushing around puffing and panting as she passed very close to our table repeatedly as we were next to the kitchen entrance. Would stay there again when epidemic is ...

"Nach mehreren Übernachtungen in Pubs wusste ich die Professionalität und den Service zu schätzen und das Frühstücksbüfett. Die Einrichtung ist sicher nicht neu, aber sauber, groß und gerade. Ich fand es für den Preis top."

For us, this was completely fine and we did not feel disturbed - however, I think, one should know upfront (just in case one is more sensitive or looking for a quiet night). Food in the restaurant was very good, service impeccable! We fully liked there and will be back for sure! "
