We took the free bottles of water from the room, and they tried to charge us for them, because they were cold(we put them in the fridge) There was a hole in the bathroom door. The douche/bidet/hose was leaking, so the bathroom floor was flooded all the time. No one can speak any English, so communication is via translator apps “

„Staff is super friendly and helpful, helped us to organise sightseeing tours and let us leave our luggage while we went to Sapa. Breakfast is good and you can order Vietnamese coffee. Great location. Rooms are well equipped and laundry service is fast.“
