„Housekeeping does a very good job, girls on the reception are the most friendly and nicest I've ever met, the whole hotel stuff is just amazingly friendly and very helpful! Good location - easy to get everywhere even without a car. This hotel is just a very good deal!“

„The hotel is in good condition. The hotel is in a great location in the art district where you can go outside in the evenings. It is very clean. Rooms are equipped with a kitchen and two beds and there is enough space. The only problem is that the rooms have no soundproofing on the outside and it is therefore very noisy due to the street noise.“

„der Ort selbst, Carbo de San Lucas ist ein Satellitort ohne jeglichen kulturellen Background, nur für Touristen errrichtet und vollkommen von Amerikanern geprägt. Das muss einem bewusst sein und das muss man mögen. Hingegen San Jose de Cabos ist ganz Nahe und entzückend, kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen aber 7 Tage sind genug...“

„This condo was spectacular. The accommodations were perfect, it was just my husband and I but I’d love to come again with my family, plenty of room and everything was new and modern. I loved that it was so close to the marina area but far enough away to not be in the crazy spring break mentality crowd. Costco was literally 2 blocks away, across the street there is a boutique hotel with an amazing terrace and roof top restaurant with beautiful views and elegant vibe with live piano music. The ...

„Strand in Hotelnähe zum Baden wenig geeignet. Besser CHilleno-Bay (ca 10 Autominuten Ri. Ost) Sehr gutes Schnorchelterrain, Sonnenschirme frei. Bewachter Strand. Küche gut nutzbar, aber nur große Töpfe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit Walmart (Ri West.) großzügige Raumaufteilung - Klimaanlage geräuscharm. Freundliche, unaufdringliche Security.“

„This place was amazing to stay in but communication about checking and check out expectations was poor. It also did not have any info at the place about the area which restaurants were part of the facility, cool things to do etc. things like that really add to a stay and would have been appreciated. “

„What a beautiful property! It’s a perfect relaxing spot right in front of the arches. It’s immaculately clean and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I got a wonderful massage at the spa and highly recommended. The food on property was very good too. I will definitely return soon. “

While initial communication was somewhat lacking, the staff more than made up for it; They graciously granted me extra time to check out when I needed it, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend Lumina and give them a well-deserved five-star rating, with the only suggestion being to enhance their initial communication process.“

„We had in mind to relax and enjoy two full weeks but we canceled everything after 7 days being annoyed by seeing parties taking place after midnight in neighboring rooms, young people slamming doors all day long and a not acceptable noise level everywhere. If you look for a party spot this place may be right for you, but not if you want to relax and enjoy and have to spent $6000 for our stay.“

RIU staff @ the Hotel RIU Palace Baja California are one of a kind, super friendly, and know how to treat their guests, they make sure that guests are having a great time during their stay! The entertainment is the best, super friendly, and just great vibes!! Shout out to José, Mickey, and Janelle (I think that’s the water exercise instructor) sorry if I got your name wrong! And Alex, and there were others but haven’t caught their names, but amazing people! ...

"Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend eher enttäuschend. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Liegen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr von Gästen reserviert wurden, und das Personal auf Nachfrage leider nichts dagegen unternommen hat, obwohl in den Poolregeln steht, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist. Das war wirklich anstrengend und hat den Poolaufenthalt getrübt."
