The property was nice, there were three beds and n air mattress with a built in pump. There was also a large backyard and a wagon with all kinds of beach things. There is no garbage disposal in the sink and the laundry unit is not in the main house but besides those things it was a great place to rent. Walking to the beach is totally doable and you can get free rides from the frog bus (whose name I don't remember) just have to tip a couple bucks.

We chose to stay for the weekend as we were playing in the SSOVA beach volleyball tournament wanted closeness and convenience to the beach and siesta key village. We have a 6 month old and loved the coziness of having a whole house to ourselves being conveniently located to everything. I hope to return!

Saltwater cures all wounds & this beautiful home definitely helped make it possible!
There is nothing I can say more about this place. It was absolutely beautiful. It was very well instructed for check in and check out, restaurants that are top favorites, the decor inside was extremely gorgeous. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of outback space to sit and relax. There is beach ready wagons and chairs if you didn’t bring yours. The host was extremely sweet and friendly with a quick reply. It was walking distance to beach access 5 and restaurants. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in for a girls trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and I would definitely stay here again! This listing is currently now saved for future trips. Also had coffee machine with pods, sugar and creamer.

Great place—needs a little maintenance
We enjoyed our stay very much, but it had some things that maybe needed some cleaning/maintenance. Location was great and walkable to the beach and restaurants. My biggest complaint would be the door and lock. It is a keypad entrance but the actual bolt must be bent a bit, so the lock only unlocked about a quarter of the time. We had to try several times each time we returned to unlock the door. I also had reached out a couple times leading up to the vacation to the owner/company and never received a response, so that’s disappointing. There is a beach wagon and chairs that came in handy, but again are a bit worn. There were several umbrellas, but all were stored outside and broken or had roaches on them. We bought our own nice one and put it inside in the closet for future renters. It was definitely a great location, furniture was comfy, and had most of the little things you may need. Also, there is not a tub which is helpful to know for families with kiddos! Overall it was a nice stay and suited our needs!

Home is located very close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping! Unit is a bit old, and furnishings are def worn and have seen better days (living room furniture especially) also the kitchen ware, etc. is minimal, silverware etc, what is there is very old and needs to be replaced. Otherwise it was a nice stay!

First Time Siesta Key Stay
Communication with owner was great, quickly responded to questions. The place was clean. A short drive to the beach and downtown. The neighborhood seemed safe and well kept. The only complaint I have is the air conditioning was not working during the stay, if I'd said something about it the first night I'm sure it would have been taken care of right away - otherwise it was a great place - I'd stay here again.

Perfect Place, Perfect Host
This place was the perfect location, very clean, completely update. It was very spacious and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and helpful during our stay here. The walk was about 5-10 to downtown and 10-15 to the beach and in a quiet safe neighborhood. There were lots of beach extras available, chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. Most definitely will look to stay here again the next time around!

This place is in a great location to walk to the beach & restaurants in the village. We arrived later in the evening to find the house hadn't been cleaned from the previous guest but with a phone call the manager they were quick to get cleaners there and it was cleaned to our satisfaction.

Fantastic location, clean house
We stayed for a long-weekend trip as a family with young kids. The house was very clean and nicely updated. The neighborhood is safely walkable to Siesta Key Village restaurants and shops, and multiple beach accesses. Check-in and communication with the hosts was very easy. A great price for a superb location and comfortable home!

House was great, minor items need to be added. Long mirror, better closet setup in guest room. Yard could be cleaned up a little and beach chairs were pretty beat. Overall a great house and location, they did a really nice job on the upgrades in the house. Would rent again.
