Diese Wohnung am Strand ist der perfekte Ort, um Amerikas # 1 Strand, Siesta Key, zu genießen! Wunderschön aktualisiert und mit High-End-Oberflächen renoviert, werden Sie mit Sicherheit den gesamten Siesta Key-Lifestyle genießen. Diese Wohnung bietet bequem Platz für sechs Personen, mit einer Königin im Master, zwei Zwillingen im Gästezimmer und einem Queen-Schlafsofa im Familienzimmer. Von fast jedem Zimmer aus haben Sie jeden Morgen einen herrlichen Blick auf die weißen Sandstrände von Siesta Key! WIFI mit einem geschützten Passwort ist für unsere Gäste enthalten.

In der Casa Mar Community finden Sie viele wunderbare Annehmlichkeiten! Es gibt zwei beheizte Swimmingpools, Shuffleboard, Tennisplätze und mehrere Grills sowie überdachte Parkplätze. Casa Mar bietet seinen Gästen einen Privatstrand (direkt vor der Haustür), zwei überdachte Strandpavillons und Liegestühle sowie eine Stranddusche!

Wir buchen traditionell wöchentlich (Samstag bis Samstag) oder monatlich. Bei einer Anmietung von 3 Tagen, die innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach der Buchung berücksichtigt wird, sind auch Mietzeiten außerhalb dieser Zeiten möglich. Bitte kontaktieren Sie uns bezüglich individueller Mietzeiten.

Wir verlangen eine Anzahlung von 50% bei Buchung des Mietpreises. Es gibt auch eine Reinigungsgebühr von 100 $. 00 für alle Aufenthalte und 59 $. 00 Schadensversicherung erforderlich.

Great location!
This location at Siesta Key is wonderful and quiet! Overlooking the beach directly was the best part! Only recommendations are to upgrade the seating. Couch and chairs are not very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when questions arised! Highly recommend this rental!!

Super helpful host
We ended up needing to unexpectedly cancel our reservation, but the host was very kind and helpful in finding a solution. Quick, great communication. We have stayed many many times at this beach, it’s beautiful! We hope to stay in this beachfront unit, being just steps to the sand is so nice.

Loved this vacation property!
Deb’s place is wonderful. We enjoyed our time there. Lots of comforts and special features are added to this home. The décor is peaceful and relaxing. The furniture and beds were comfortable. This home was clean and as I told Deb, it’s the first time in our last 10 VRBO rentals where I didn’t have to clean upon arrival—that is a significant plus! The location of the property and communication with the owner is great. The amenities on Siesta Key are plentiful. We ate at several great restaurants. We’ve already booked a return trip.

We had a great stay at Casa Mar.Ms Debra was responsive on any questions or needs I had. Had every pot pan cup plate utensil u need. 2 clean pools. 4 Grills. Super easy access to beach. Just steps away and you’re in the sand. Wouldn’t change a thing about this place.5 stars out of 5 stars. I read review after review picking our vaca spot and this one lived up to the hype. This location is absolutely amazing and they've done such a good job with furnishing it. It even has a memory foam mattress on a platform that raises up and down, as well as le creuset kitchen accessories/pans. We cannot wait to come back soon!

Best View Ever!
We loved staying here. The beach just steps out your door and the sand as soft as baby powder. The bedrooms had plenty of storage, nothing was lacking in the kitchen and the pools were never crowded. There were only two of us so we never used the second bedroom but it was nice to have two bathrooms. The couch was so comfy and we enjoyed sitting in the morning, drinking our coffee with the beautiful view of the beach and waves coming in. No points against but would love to have had a full length mirror on the back of a door and also would have been convenient to have a keypad lock on the door versus keeping up with a key. Would definitely stay here again!

Look no further
There’s truly no better view especially at sunset! On top of the unbeatable view, the condo is perfect for a small family. Deb had everything stocked with kind friendly toys. Beach toys, floaties, books, hot wheels cars, etc. It was extremely clean and exactly like the photos. I hope we get the pleasure to stay here again in the future!!! Thank you, Deb!!

A beautiful place, clean and well stocked with towels, dishes and blankets. Directly on the beach with access to two nice pools. Not within walking distance of shops or restaurants if you don’t want to walk a distance but a public transportation stop at the end of the driveway. DoorDash with lots of options was a great service. Would definitely stay again!!

Perfect location and wonderful condo
I took my daughter and couple of friends here for spring break and had a wonderful stay. The convenience of being directly on the beach eliminated packing and lugging food and drinks daily. It was so nice being able to have food drinks bathroom plus the condo comes with everything you need for the beach! Plenty of beach towels, umbrella, beach chairs! The kitchen is nicely stocked with plenty of items to cook. We enjoyed breakfast overlooking the beach and short walk up to watch the drum circle Sunday evening. This condo is on the trolley route which we took daily and evening. The best part is the sweet owner - she lives close by and unfortunately we locked ourselves out going to get ice cream once evening and she was there in less than 5 minutes and so kind! We will definitely book this condo again!

Right on the beach
We had an amazing 5 weeks right on the beach. The view looking out over the beach was the best way to start every day. Everything you needed was there. Nicely decorated with high end appliances, beach towels, umbrella, chairs and beach toys. The second bedroom was perfect for our 6 and 9 year old grandsons. Deb was very responsive with questions, and we look forward to staying there again.

Two Weeks of Heaven
We loved staying in this wonderful condo. The owner was so easy to work with and responded immediately to questions. The view is out of this world. We are going to try and stay here again we loved it so much. The condo has everything you need....loved that I didn't need to bring a beach towel...Condo provides them. Also, chairs and tons of kid's toys if needed. Thanks for a relaxing and great two weeks.

Winter Holiday Vacation 2023
My friend and I found this wonderful "diamond in the ruff" getaway. We needed special features such as a walk in shower, two bedrooms, big kitchen fully equipped, and ocean view, and it has all of this and more....and boy does it have an ocean view! ..spectacular place to watch the sunset! We would sit on the little balcony (there was room for two chairs on it when the neighbors were not there), and become mesmerized by the view of the sand, beach, people, sky and sunsets. The place is tastefully decorated giving us a real feel of the beach, perfect from our perspective. There are about 15 stairs with good railings on either side going up to the front and back doors, and the parking for one car is very convenient. There was a wedding one evening on the sand just beyond the back of the condo, so that was fun to watch, although it was very busy and loud until after midnight, but that didn't bother us. The only thing we felt needed an upgrade were the mattresses in the "kids" room; they were not comfortable for an adult to sleep on (perfect for small children), however, the place was so spectacular that it didn't bother us for the two weeks we stayed. Highly recommended!! Just simply loved it!!!

Best Condo Stay
This condo was facing the Siesta Key beach and about one mile south of the public beach. The condo itself is very clean and well appointed with everything you can think of! Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, beach chairs, toys. Just bring your suitcase and stop at the grocery and you will be set for a wonderful time. The only drawback is that it is on the second floor (which was stated in the description).
