Pet friendly. We allow up to four(4) small dogs or cats. For larger dog breeds up to 75 pounds, we allow up to two(2). A on-time fee of P500 per pet will be collected on-site by our caretaker.

Please use the appliances, furniture, & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property.

IMPORTANT: No smoking. Please TURN OFF the air-con & other appliances when not in use especially when you're not in the unit.

For reservations of 20 days & more: You are required to have us clean the unit mid-stay or at least once a month. This is to ensure that our home is properly maintained. You will directly pay our cleaning staff ₱1,000 to cover labor & laundry. Your linens & towels will be replaced.

For 20 days stay & more stays: Utilities are included but the electricity bill must not exceed ₱5,000 per month. Any excess shall be at your own cost.
