- Trash Day is Tuesday. Trash/Recycle day is Friday. Please place the bins on the curb the night before or in the early morning on trash/recycle day. Please return the bins to their respective places after trash and recycling day.
-The property is not available for parties or events. Reservations will be canceled immediately without a refund and the party/event will be shut down.
-Must be able to walk upstairs and downstairs to access bedrooms in the home.
-Guests will receive ten (10) towels and washcloths.
-The music must be lowered by 10:00 pm.
-The thermostat is located on the main level in the dining room. You have full access.
- Must have own logins for streaming services such as Hulu, HBO Max, Disney, Netflix, Showtime, and others on Smart TV.
-Front-load Washer/Dryer located in the basement ( Please bring your supplies)
-Iron/ Ironing Board located in the Executive Suite Closet.
-The light for the basement bedroom is labeled and located in the hallway. You must pull the ceiling string and have the hallway light on to turn on the electricity in the basement bedroom.
-The patio and deck balcony are both fenced.
-Charcoal grill located in the backyard patio. Must provide own utensils and charcoal.
-Please be respectful of neighbors.
