Villa Bahamas

Modern and very spacious, villa Bahamas is a fantastic 6-bedroom villa affording a prime location in Armação de Pêra, with breathtaking sea views and only 600m from the best golden sandy beaches. Built and furnished to the highest of standards throughout, this stunning villa provides all the amenities you need for a relaxing and luxurious holiday.

The property has 6 bedrooms and is ideally suited for large families or for several families holidaying together. A twin bedroom is located on the ground floor (with an en-suite bathroom) and another twin bedroom is on the lower floor (with a ceiling fan) and a separate bathroom. On the first floor are the remaining bedrooms: 2 twin rooms (both with en-suite bathroom units) and 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom unit), as well as an additional bathroom.

At villa Bahamas you have free Wi-fi and air conditioning (cooling and heating) in all rooms except on the lower floor, where you have a ceiling fan.

The games room is located on the lower floor, with table tennis, table football and snooker providing hours of entertainment. There are also comfortable sofas, a TV and a small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and washing machine.

On the ground floor are the main living and dining areas which are bright and stylish, with comfortable sofas and a TV, the dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a guest W.C. Large windows bring the outdoor views of the terrace and swimming pool in, while sliding doors allow you direct access outdoors.

Outside, a large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to cool off from the Algarve heat, relax on sun loungers by the pool and at the end of the day, the jacuzzi is available (as an optional extra) to warm up in the evenings. There is also a traditional BBQ, ideal for preparing meals to be enjoyed on the terrace.

The location is one of the highlights of this property, as it’s just a short walk from shops, supermarkets and a variety of restaurants and bars, allowing for a car-free holiday. The beautiful beaches of Armação de Pera are only an 8-minute walk down the road. Car hire is not necessary, only if you want to discover more of the Algarve. Should you wish to hire a car or bring your own, parking spaces are available.

The changeover day for this property is on Saturday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
