„Lovely 2BR condo with great views of Simpson Bay Beach (waking up to this view was priceless) and direct access to the same beach (middle part of Simpson Bay Beach is the best). Foot bath was provided so sand would not get into the condo. Hosts communicated with us regularly and very responsive. Beach chairs, towels, family games, and toys for kiddos enhanced the stay. “

„We had a great stay here to celebrate the end of the year and our 1 year wedding anniversary. Jerome was very communicative and concise with instructions and directions. Philippe the property manager on site answered all our questions and helped us the whole week. Very beautiful area,comfortable, and safe.“

„We loved our stay. The view is incredible, the building is super clean, the parking is secure and easy to navigate. Annie was amazing at communicating and providing all the information we needed. We are a disabled couple, including an ambulatory wheelchair user,And the elevator / step free access was perfect for us. The parking spot was also only a short distance from the elevator. The condo was huge and easy to keep the wheelchair in. Really loved our whole stay! “

„The Cliffs is in a safe area and is gated with a grocery store within walking distance. The staff at the Cliffs were very helpful and friendly. The pool was clean, warm and perfect in every way and we loved our daily swims. There was a flight of stairs leading down to a beach below the cliffs that we often had to ourselves. The views from the unit were spectacular to watch sunset from and the unit was very spacious. As others said, the sliders on the front don’t lock but it would be impossible ...

„Everything was exactly as described. Owner was very prompt with responses to our issue with the internet which was absolutely not his fault. He helped us procure additional internet when his was out and he paid for it. He was so helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us. Would absolutely stay here again. “

She communicated in a timely manner, always and was very accommodating of requests.The unit was as advertised and in a great location. Pro's were:1) Easy walking distance to restaurants, casino, nightlife, and two beaches. Maho beach more of a novelty beach due to its location by the airport and being right under planes landing. „We were a bit skeptical at first. We are new to the Caribbean and the conditions of the roads and drivers gave us a bit of a jolt. Once we got to our room and saw the view and were there a few days we felt at home. Accommodations were great. The elevator was sketchy sometime, but worth every penny. “

The three bedrooms and layout were perfect. John was responsive in getting two repairs done. Sure it could use some updating, but overall it was fine. “

"When I arrived I had to change rooms because the room wasn't clean and there were stones in the bathroom furniture. There was no water on the first day. The room was cleaned very well on a regular basis. However, the stairs to the rooms were not cleaned once a week, completely dirty. When you look at the hotel from the beach side, you are in a completely different world than when you enter the building from the main entrance. It has to renovate urgently. "
