This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 full bath house is located in a great neighborhood in Black Butte Ranch, just a stone’s throw from Big Meadow Golf Course. Glacier Lily Lane is a quiet loop and only has traffic from those who live or stay on the street. Fronted by a large yard/lawn and surrounded by deck and stone patio, it is a peaceful respite from a busy world. The house was updated and remodeled with the addition of a gorgeous primary bedroom and bath in 2022. You will enjoy the spaciousness and comfort of this home.

The primary bedroom has a Cal King bed, large bathroom with heated stone tile floors, a double shower and large soaking tub and walk-in closet. The bedroom slider opens up to the stone patio area. The second bedroom has a private bath with walk-in shower and a Queen bed, with slider opening out to the hot tub patio. The third bedroom has a single daybed, with a second daybed that pulls out from underneath if needed. This room also serves as an office with a beautiful large desk and two monitors attached to the wall that are available if needed. The generous living room has a super comfortable new sectional sofa, dining table that holds up to eight chairs and well equipped kitchen with everything you might need including a bar cabinet and spice and seasoning cabinet.

Sit outside and enjoy the evening around the firepit table, followed by a hot tub before bed in the quiet of the forest for a great night’s sleep. The almost 2,000 sq ft home is easily heated with two mini-splits (living room and primary bedroom) that offer heat and/or AC. There is also a propane stove in the living room which is great on those cool evenings and mornings.

This home has never been a rental before and is lovingly cared for by its owners. The house is an easy walk to Paulina Springs recreation area (creek, pool in season, tennis court); the Heritage Trail (a beautiful hike in the woods along the river and lakes); and Robert’s Pub and Big Meadow golf course and shop. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
