„Communication and cleanliness was great. Neighborhood was quiet. Enjoyed Nan's Diner for breakfast, Rich Valley Wines for the evening, and Pizza Palace for a yummy quick meal. „The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away. „We loved the cabin. Stayed there 2 nights. We were impressed by the clean and comfortable furniture and the tasteful decor. The mattress in the main bedroom is very comfortable, and sits atop an ergomotion adjustable platform. There was a power outage the first night, for 4 hours. We were glad we’d brought flashlights and candles/lighters. There is no ATT cell service.“

„Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀.“

„Overall, very happy with our stay here - Wife and I spent three nights with our elementary school aged boys. Cabin was clean, comfortable, well cared for, and nicely appointed. Cozy atmosphere for sure. Well kept grounds - boys enjoyed playing outside in the field and down by the stream, as well as by the fire pit at night. Host was very responsive to any questions. We will certainly stay here again next time our travels take us to this area of the state. “
