„The views and sites we had from the home itself were more amazing than the photos. Great clear skies, great views for the sunrise and sunset. We brought our dogs and kids, everyone had a very relaxing time outside in the lake, hot tub and just playing games in the kitchen or lounging inside. We were a bit off season, so there were no crowds anywhere yet we were able to have a good time walking around downtime, and morning runs around the riverwalk. „The house was perfect for our needs and the lake access was amazing! We lost power for a few hours one morning (no fault of the hosts) but they promptly took care of it and we were quickly back in business. Hosts were polite and helpful but let us have our own time on the dock/lakefront - though we would have been happy for them to join us. House was clean and exactly as shown in the photos. I would definitely come back!“

„This place was a great location for wine tasting & close to Chelan for boutiquing. If you like softer tissue for your nose & heinie, then bring them along. Great view. Road noise during the day & into evening if you are a light sleeper in the front bedroom, anyway. Nice place overall. Very helpful owner.“

„Loved our stay at a Stone’s Throw. It was so close to the lake but we spent most of the time enjoying the pool and hot tub. Our kids spent hours swimming-the pool and yard was bigger than expected. Walkable to restaurants and coffee, but a quiet neighborhood. With the summer heat the rooms cooled unevenly but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Great kitchen and eating areas and the game room was perfect. I wish they provided us beach towels-was a pain to have to bring ours, launder them, and bring back ...

„House worked out great. Did see some ants on the floor when we walked in. The coffee pot lid is broken and probably should be replaced. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.“

Whether you’re looking to just chill at the house or use it as a base camp for adventure around Chelan, this is a fantastic spot!“

„This house was perfect for my family. It was a little outdated but everything works. People complain about the furniture being old but I thought it was great (broke in and comfy) location perfect quiet not to close to anyone else but super convenient to store, shops and boat rentals. Basketball hoop outside and ping pong table awesome along with pool. A couple bad things was not a lot of pans and baking dishes and knives are not good at all. Family and I definitely planning to return next year“
