„We had a 77 year old person with a walker. Not one photo of the place showed us stairs. Called before we got there to verify that if we were on a 2nd or 3rd floor that there was an elevator. Was told it was a duplex. Assumed it was on the 1st floor. Had difficulty getting her up the back steps and then had to leave out front until we could drive around and pick her up. 1st and 2nd code would not work and we had to use the emergency key.
