One of the closest accommodation Melbourne retreats of 113 square feet with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities including a flush toilet, hand basin, and shower (gas heated for hot showers) for your use.

By public transport: We recommend that guests travel by private vehicle. However, if you’re coming from the city, please follow these steps:
From Bendigo to Lawrence:
- You can take a train from Bendigo to Melbourne (Southern Cross Station).
- From Southern Cross Station, take a train to Wangaratta. Then take a bus from Wangaratta, you can catch a local bus or taxi to Lawrence.
From Ballarat to Lawrence:
- You can ake a train from Ballarat to Melbourne (Southern Cross Station).
- From Southern Cross Station, take a train to Wangaratta. Then take a bus from Wangaratta, and take a local bus or taxi to Lawrence.
From Melbourne to Lawrence:
- Take a train from Southern Cross Station to Wangaratta. Then take a bus from Wangaratta, and catch a bus or taxi to Lawrence.
Additional Tips: Make sure to check the current train and bus schedules, as they may vary. Remember to always book in advance. Once in Wangaratta, you can check local transport options or taxis to reach Lawrence.

- Firewood costs $20 per load and must be pre-paid to the land host prior arrival

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Communal BBQ facilities are available for guests-use
- We have a communal BBQ area that is available through the summer periods with the only exception of Total Fire Ban Days

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire. Please put out your cigarettes properly
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
