„I booked 2 nights with my parents and grandparents at the island girl getaway. It was possibly the best beach experience I’ve had yet. „We loved this cute house. It was modernly decorated, had everything we needed and then some. We loved the quite of the country, but not really in country! and close to the marina we were heading for the next day. Reelin' and Relaxin' is very fitting name for the house and the area. Our only concern was house is not on a heavy traffic road, but cars zipped by quite fast for a dead end road.“

„The location was perfect, our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Chris gave us tips and set us up with the ferry Captain. Even though the large restaurant was closed there are 2 chefs that prepare wonderful meals! The srore/museum was ooen go meet the sweet manager! Thank you Chris for a wonderful family vacation!“

„Castaway Cottage was as quaint and clean as can be. We absolutely loved it. And it was so much fun using the golf cart. We dined at the restaurant and learned how to make the Smith Island cake. And we were blessed by the camp meeting on Sunday. It was a wonderful stay. And of course Laura was just great.“

All the positive comments in the previous reviews of this property are absolutely true! It was immaculately clean, with all the amenities that we needed. „Overall we had a nice stay as the location of the house and the property are lovely and provide a lot of privacy. We were disappointed at the number of things that were broken or not provided (although they were mentioned on the amenities list). The property is currently up for sale and it seems the owners are no longer as interested in keeping up the property anymore.“
