„Wunderschön renoviertes historisches Hotel. Wir hatten die Präsidenten Suite und die war einfach grossartig. Leider hat das Hotel keine Pantoffeln. Es ist auch kein Save vorhanden. Abendessen im Restaurant war mittelmässig, das Frühstück jedoch sehr gut. Wir haben den geschichtsträchtigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.“

„We stayed for one night after the Windsor was sold out. King size bed was comfortable and the linens clean and soft. Hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise given the drab, dreary and shabby condition of the rest of this neglected hotel. Felt "ick". Not the standard we hope for, look for or expect with the hotel accommodations we book. That said we slept well. It did ok in a pinch. Staff were friendly enough. Pool looked great! But was closed for. inspection. Just our luck. “

„The hotel was better than some I stayed in the area. I can say the bed was ok, need new mattress. The bathroom was ok, need new seal around the tub, the condition around the outside of the tub need replacing. The bathroom wall need repaired and paint touchup along with the door. Oh, the ice machines need replacing, there was mildew and old parts that the paint on the machine was cracking. No telling what the inside looks like if the outside is nasty. It looks contaminated and could hard us ...

„The room was clean, bed comfortable, nice large shower! However, when we came in for breakfast at 8:30 am, although the end of service was scheduled for 9:am. Not much food was left, no waffle making mix, nor apples or oranges only one slice of bread left and no staff to replenish missing food items. We noticed that a large group of workers were staying at the hotel and might have helped themselves for take out?! Next day of our stay I realized that I had forgotten my 2 jackets in our room ...

„I could not stay there and feel safe. I rang the bell 4 times and waited no one came. I am a nurse traveling for work. This hotel has broken doors and windows, signs on the balcony to tresspassers on the property. There were guys in the parking lot seeking drugs out of there cars. Multiple people walking around outside. The hotel was in disrepair....awful i would like a refund of my money. “

„The only thing that was a positive is the free wifi and working tv. Everything else was a disaster. The room was filthy. Stains and dust everywhere from the pillows to the floor to the ceilings, not to mention mold in the bathroom. If it wasn’t for me being on a budget I would have immediately got another hotel. Never again. Please staff make sure your rooms are actually clean if you are reading this or maybe you just don’t care because it caters to a certain audience which I was unaware of till ...
