Charming beach house located 10 minutes from Topsail Beaches!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Fully fenced in yard for your furry friends to relax outside on the back patio with you. Located 10 minutes from Topsail beaches, this house is conveniently located between Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC. Located in a quiet neighborhood, you will get to enjoy the community pool, a playground right in the backyard, and a boat ramp for small boats only and kayaks just minutes down the street. There is also an offsite parking/storage lot for RVs and boats. Quiet hours starting at 10 pm. Bedroom 1 - King bed with bathroom attached to the room. A TV is in the room.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with a TV in the room.
Bedroom 3 - 2 twin beds with a TV in the room.
The second bathroom is located between bedrooms 2 and 3.

Living area - The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy meals together. There is a coffee bar set up in the kitchen for you to enjoy during your stay. There are two couches to relax on while watching TV, playing games, or sitting in front of the electric fireplace. Every TV is a Roku TV. Enjoy your favorite streaming services and cable.

The laundry room is next to bedroom 1 and is available for guests.

Outside - fenced-in yard for kids/dogs to play in without running off. There is access to the neighborhood playground from the backyard. Enjoy the backyard with the grill and patio furniture in this quiet neighborhood.

Pet-friendly rental, 2 dogs allowed. Please clean up after your pet before departure. Failure to do so will result in a $75 fee.

We ask guests to be respectful to neighbors and follow quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.

Please only park on the driveway. No parking on the grass next to the driveway. No parking in the street/grass in front of the house. Failure to follow these rules will result in a $100 fine.

Nice Getaway
The property and location were great! It has everything that is needed for a comfortable, fun stay. Being able to bring the family dog along and to the nearby beaches made this trip one of our favorites!

It has all you need and great location to North Topsail beaches. Hailey was very responsive and helpful. All of us were really satisfied with the stay! Also close to Food lion, and a great breakfast bagel place.

Peaceful neighborhood great for two young children
The accuracy of this listing was spot on! My husband, our two daughters 8 and 4, and my mom comfortably spent about a week at this property. It was PERFECT! Check in and check out was easy and communication with Haley was so fast and wonderful. The house is well kept and decorated tastefully. We were so cozy with the blankets for the living room, k cups, fluffy towels and comfy beds. There is nothing bad to say about this house at all. We even took a trip to the community's pool and had an awesome time. I would absolutely recommend staying at Haley's place!

This house is in the perfect location. Very quiet neighborhood with a perfect backyard and common area. Beautifully decorated and amazing towels and sheets. Plus toiletries were included! We had an amazing stay. This property had it all! Easy beach access, a pool within walking distance and access to a public boat dock. It is also close to many restaurants as well as the local grocery store. Haley was so pleasant to work with and she always responded immediately to any questions I had regarding the property or our stay. The house has everything you need (sheets, towels, beach chairs, etc) and is extremely clean and well decorated. We will definitely be back next year.

Perfect stay in a quiet neighborhood
We stayed for a few days to check out Topsail Beach, and this house was perfect for us. It’s brand new, very clean, and so well appointed. The linens, kitchen, tv, bathrooms, etc. had everything we needed. This was one of the cleanest & best stocked places we’ve stayed. The neighborhood is very quiet, and felt very safe. It’s a 12 min drive to the beach, and about 5 min to the CVS/gas/grocery store. That was perfect for us! We even parked for free at the beach at Onslow County parking lot #4 (across from the beautiful pickleball courts).

AMAZING PROPRTY! Can't say enough good things!
We had the loveliest time at this property and will return annual for our beach vacation. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked, and items are in like new condition. I had everything I needed to cook 3 meals a day for a week. There is a BBQ grill on the back porch, an air fryer, 2 coffee pots (a Keurig and a standard pot), microwave, blender, toaster, mixer, EVERYTHING! Every room has a TV, and every bedroom has a dresser, nightstand, plenty of outlets (power strips) and HUGE closets with plenty of storage. The TV’s are smart so you can log into whatever app you play your shows (Hulu, Roku, Amazon Video, etc.) The laundry is high capacity so you can wash a lot all at one time. The bathrooms are roomy, clean, spacious, and totally functional. The 2-car garage makes “sand” containment great as you can dump all your stuff from the beach in the garage to dry out, park bikes, etc. We brought a compact hose which was fabulous to wash everything off outside. Speaking of outside, the back patio has outdoor chairs and a firepit. It backs up to a community space with a beautiful playground and picnic area. We also brought an inflatable baby pool for my daughter to splash around on the back deck. We drove to the free public beach access in North Topsail and never had any issue finding free parking as long as we arrived around 9:30 to 10:30.

The place has been completely renovated
Needed a place to stay for the weekend for a friend’s son getting married. Found this place which was a short 12 minute drive to the venue. Even went down a day early for some fun in the sun. The house has been completely renovated. I think we were the second guest. Everyone had a great time and there was absolutely no problems. Place has a nice clean pool and is convenient to some good family restaurants. Didn’t need to use the boat ramp so can’t comment on that. House is in a neighborhood with a mixture of young and old families. The neighbors were friendly. Typical middle class suburban neighborhood. I would definitely stay again if the situation was the same. I wouldn’t recommend this place for someone wanting to spend time on the beach with small children. Topsail has very few public parking areas and the private ones only have a port a potty no showers as far as I could tell. Actually topsail beach is probably the most under developed beach I’ve been to in the past 10 years. If you’re not on the beach side then it looked like you would walk a long way to get to a public beach access. On the inland waterway side I saw almost everyone had a boat dock. So I must assume that side is more oriented towards people in the upper echelons of society. Any I wouldn’t recommend topsail beach unless you’re staying on the beach side.
