Gorgeous Ocean and Sound Views Await at Good Better Beach!

Good Better Beach - Oceanview and Soundview in North Topsail Beach 4BR/3.5BA/Sleeps 11 - Elevator, Pet Friendly

Located on a corner lot just steps to beach access, you will enjoy the incredible ocean and sound views from the 6 decks of Good Better Beach. A whole-home elevator is a wonderful convenience for luggage, groceries, and guests. Good Better Beach is also pet friendly (one pet is allowed with a $300 non-refundable pet fee). In April 2020, the entire interior of the home was painted and new mattresses were placed in all bedrooms.

The large living room boasts ocean to sound views with windows on three sides and sliding glass doors to the deck. Enjoy your favorite shows with a large flat-screen TV/DVD/Roku. This is a great spot for movie nights and relaxing.

A large kitchen and dining area will allow guests to enjoy family cooked meals with the conveniences of home. Coffee Maker, Keurig machine, Margaritaville Blender, and tons of cookware accompany the granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining room table seats 8...4 additional bar height chairs for counter dining are situated right next to the table. A covered picnic table is also on the ground level for guests.

All 6 decks have ocean and sound views, with plenty of chairs and tables to allow for great memories to be made at the beginning and end of each day.

A private Master Suite on the top floor has a California King Bed, two private decks, a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and bathroom with beautiful sound views. This Master Bedroom suite has a separate seating area and desk.

The second floor offers 3 additional bedrooms, all of which have Flat Screen TV’s:
• Guest Bedroom with King Bed and ensuite full bathroom
• A Kids Bunk Room with a Twin XL over Queen Bunk Bed*
• Guest Bedroom with Queen Bed*
*These two bedrooms share a full bathroom

Washer/Dryer is also located on the second floor. No smoking is allowed in this home.

Plenty of parking is available, along with an outdoor shower for washing off sandy toes on the way home from the beach.

Linens (bed sheets and towels) are not included with your rental.

For peak season rentals (April through October), Sunday Check-In and Check-Out are requested.

Please note home has a camera under the home where both entrances can be viewed for safety purposes.

Lovely beach access!
Our family of 6 and two friends enjoyed this comfortable, calming home. Beautifully decorated and the communication was fine. Comfy beds and pillows! Nicely equipped kitchen. Seemed to be well kept up - although while there one remote and one door lock failed; guessing it is a battery problem? Access to main deck was difficult due to rusted sliding channel. A couple of chairs need to be tightened…Overall, nothing we couldn’t work around. The only other frustration was the electricity was turned off for two hours midday while a pole was replaced outside. I will note that it is probably far easier to rent linens rather than bring sheets and towels for eight!! Wish I had opted for that. replaced outside.

The house was absolutely perfect for my adult family. While we weren’t in the house the majority of our stay, when we were there, our family was more than comfortable. We had space for privacy, beautiful accommodations, and a great living room to watch football together. Highly recommend.

Great Spot!
Great house, great location, walking distance to the beach- well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and a ton of space for a family & friends. The layout of the house was perfect & pet friendly 😊 Unfortunately, The weather was not the best so we spent a lot of time hanging out watching the Olympics and tropical storm Debby roll through. Family Vacation at Good Better Beach
Once again, we enjoyed our time at Good Better beach. The house is perfect for our family, allowing space for different generations. The house has all you could possibly need for cooking at home and enjoying time relaxing. A short walk to the beach and easily accessible to all shopping and local attractions. The property was a perfect place to celebrate family birthdays. The elevator was great for helping an older family member move easily in the house. The views were amazing, dolphins were spotted in the ocean and in the bay. Easy walk to the water and the kitchen had everything we needed. Good Better Best
This 5 Star house checks all the boxes! Our top criteria are pet friendly, comfy beds, and a well stocked kitchen....all these items were not only met but exceeded. The kitchen is the best stocked of any vacation rental property we've ever stayed in and the king bed on the lower level was heavenly! I spent over 37 years in the airline industry and can be rather particular about accommodations that claim to be 5 star. This place is legit! Christy was awesome to work with and was able to meet any need we had. Just book it....you won't be sorry!

Good Better Beach checks the "better" box
Good Better Beach offers an ideal location, only a few minutes drive from Surf City and a very, very short walk to the beach. The views of the inlet and beach are outstanding, with breathtaking sunsets and sunrises. The house itself has a logical floorplan and was well decorated. The kitchen is stocked better than most. It was cold during our stay but the decks would be much enjoyed most of the year. I would definitely recommend Good Better Beach.

Nice house, very convenient location. Owner responded quickly to my messages and the one time I had to call her when I could not get into the house, due to a problem with the electronic deadbolt (lock code did not work) for the elevator door. Overall, I would recommend.

Good Better Beach
We really enjoyed our stay at Good Better Beach. The place was very clean and just as shown in the photos. Beach access was right across the street. It took us maybe 10 minutes to get to the pier, so we really enjoyed the location. The house was VERY well stocked with dishes/ pots/ pans so we really loved that. The top floor had stunning views, and so did the main floor. Christy was extremely responsive and was available if I needed anything, which we did not need anything so that was a plus. I will definitely consider staying here again when traveling to topsail and need a place for a group.

This was a beautiful property. We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean front. We also enjoyed that it was somewhat out of the way of retail businesses. The views from every window were breathtaking. We can't wait to return.
