In the commune of Solliès-Toucas, we offer you this charming 180 m² air-conditioned house with mountain view and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features an attractive living room with fireplace, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There's also a 2,000 m² garden to enjoy! - Bedroom 3: a king-size bed (180×200) and access to a 3m² balcony with a breathtaking view of nature

- Bathroom with Jacuzzi (whirlpool bath) (to be replaced by a walk-in shower)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A private swimming pool, approx. 4x8m, 1.30 m deep, heated from May 1 to September 30 to 26 degrees minimum, secured by a cover and alarm. You'll find: solar shower, sun loungers, deckchairs, hammocks, outdoor kitchen under a large oak tree, pizza oven...
- A beautiful private and secure garden of 2,000 m².
- A large 120 m² terrace, facing west, with a variety of furnished areas: garden furniture, bistro table with high chairs, summer kitchen, hanging armchair... You'll be able to share convivial moments with friends or family!
- A 30 m² bungalow with TV, DVD player, outdoor covered terrace with large sofa and table soccer.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot (4 vehicles).

- Nearest train station: Cuers, approx. 10 km (15 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Hyères, approx. 25 km (32 min by car)
- We advise you to use the car to make the most of your stay.
Other notes:
- The apartment is fully air-conditioned, with the exception of the bedrooms.
- The garage is not designed to accommodate large vehicles. However, a charging station for electric vehicles is available at this location.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children while swimming. Pool opening times are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Pool heating will be available on request only from April to October. Please inform the owner one week in advance if you wish to use this feature. Outside the regular season, additional charges will apply. A swimming pool attendant will also visit weekly from June to September, dates to be announced at the beginning of the season.
- During the months of May to October, the pizza oven is out of use due to the increased risk of fire.
