„This is a very nice property but, had two annoying issues: 1. for over $3500 to rent a 14-person house, it seems ridiculous to only have 2 1/2 rolls of toilet paper to start with. 2. The house was inspected properly as the toilet on the main floor had the seat completely broken off and only 1 of 7 TVs worked. “

„We were looking for a quiet stay in a beautiful place and that was our experience. The view of the bay is spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive from DC, so this is a great place to find some peace when that's what's needed. There was a windstorm that knocked out power for much of the region one day. Brett was responsive and helpful in dealing with that unexpected event. “

„Our family really enjoyed staying here. The house was spacious and there were many amenities. Outside, the property is large with a dock for fishing, a large lawn, small beach. We especially enjoyed the large indoor pool since a tropical storm came through toward the end of our trip. The owners were responsive and wonderful to deal with. We will definitely keep this property on our list for future vacations.“

„I loved this sweet A frame home! Celebrated my 48th birthday with a girls' trip and we all loved it. Enjoyed fires and Christmas movies each night. House has a lot of space and is so comfortable. Loved the views of the Bay, particularly from the sunroom and porch. Found quite a bit of sea glass on the neighborhood beach, as well as at the house beach during low tide. Owner was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond. Great place. Would highly recommend. “
