„My family gathered for Christmas in KY this year. Our host Dave was amazing. We had everything we needed to celebrate. The house was decorated and the kitchen had every imaginable necessity to cook some big meals. To say the kitchen was well stocked is an understatement. Dave was personable and attentive and had great suggestions for dinner and Christmas Eve service. „We had our annual ladies' retreat in this wonderful huge and lovely home on the lake. There are 3 levels and 8 bedrooms. The beds were comfortable and there were many rooms and choices for the people who are always hot (they chose the basement) and the people who needed quiet. The host was very responsive and caring when the an unusual downpour funneled rain through some faulty flashing. He immediately found a repairman to come and fix the offending gutter. We could find no one to show us to the rental once we had arrived and no one was answering the phone number that was listed. A kind lady that lived in the area helped us find the rental. „A great weekend in a nice house. Exceeded expectations.“

„Check in was easy. Very nice place. Plenty of room to visit with family. Would be very enjoyable in the summer when the pool is open. My grandson enjoyed the basketball game. Two drawbacks. First, we had 5 people who needed to shower in the morning, hot water was nearly depleted by the third so the last two took cool showers. The other is the driveway is STEEP, so taking the trash out was a nice workout!! Otherwise we enjoyed the property and would consider returning.“
